  # Dy. Vice President
  Graduate in Civil Engineering with above 20 years of experience and carry sufficient experience in completing BOT / BOOT Projects.

  – Operations:
  He should have wide experience in Project Operations that includes Budgeting, Costing and Productivity Monitoring.

  – Technical:
  should have experience in Designing, Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring the project. Regular Interaction with Design Consultants and Client. Should also have sound knowledge in Codes, Specification and Construction Methodologies.

  # PM:
  Graduate in Civil Engineering with above 15 years of experience in Project execution that includes Productivity Improvement, Asset Utilisation and Execution Plans. Should carry execution experience of minimum 2 BOT Projects / EPC Projects.

  # GM:
  Graduate in Civil Engineering with 20 years of Experience in Project Execution and Monitoring. Should have execution experience of minimum 3 BOT Projects / EPC Projects.

  # DGM:
  Graduate in Civil Engineering with 18 years of Experience in Project Execution and Monitoring. Should have execution experience of minimum 2 BOT Project /

  – EPC Projects.
  The specialization areas for GM and DGM posts are given below

  – Highway:
  He should have experience in drawing review and control, Budgeting, Planning, Quality Control and Monitoring the execution. Should have knowledge in IRC Codes, MORTH Specifications and Manuals. Should be conversant with modern highway construction methodologies.

  – Structure:
  He should have experience in drawing review and control, Budgeting, Planning, Quality Control and Monitoring the execution. Should have hands on experience in Executing RCC, PSC Girder and Composite Bridges / ROB with Pile foundations. Should be conversant with Launching methodologies. Experience in constructing long Bridges in Back Waters would be added advantage.

  – Planning:
  Graduate in Civil Engineering with 10 to 15 years experience in planning and also knowledge in construction methodology apart from software (Primavera / MS project) knowledge in Planning & Scheduling.

  – Mechanical:
  Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 10 to 15 years experience in Installation and Commissions of Plants and Maintenance of Heavy Machinery. Preparation of MIS reports on Machinery Utilisation.

  – QA & QC:
  Graduate in Civil Engineering with experience in Quality Control and also experience in preparation of QAP. Should be conversant with IS Codes and IRC specification.

  – QS:
  Graduate in Civil Engineering with experience in Quantity Surveying and have good experience in Rate Analysis, Reconciliation of Materials, Cost Controls and IPC Bill preparation, verification and Certification.

  # GM (Stores):
  20 years of experience in Stores Management, with Knowledge in maintenance of Civil / Mechanical Stores. Inventory Systems and good knowledge in evaluating the requirement of Material for Site, Monitor and Movement of Material at Site, Vendor Management, Analysis of Daily Progress Report, MIS Reporting. Implementation of ERP systems would be added advantage.

  # DGM (Stores):
  With 18 years of experience in Stores maintenance at Site. Should have experience in Material Reconciliation and preparation of Reports on material utilization and consumption of Spares and with knowledge in maintenance of Civil / Mechanical Stores.

  # Sr. Manager (Survey):
  A Diploma in Civil Engineering with 15 years of experience in Surveying and have hands on experience in operating Total Station and have computer Knowledge. Verification of OGL at Site, preparation of the Cross section by using Auto Plotter. Managing team of Surveyors.
