General Manager – Manufacturing
The incumbent should be a B.E. Chemical Engineer with 20 years relevant experience out of which at least 5 years should be as Head of batch process chemical Production operations. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving overall manufacturing goals for multi Locations. His key result areas would be to achieve manufacturing goals, continuously improve and innovative manufacturing practices for higher productivity and make effective contribution in the areas of Quality, System improvement, EHS and Energy Conservation. Mature leadership qualities, good planning & organizing skills are critical job requirements.

The incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant with at least 15-20 years of experience in a manufacturing industry. He shall be responsible for Financial Planning & Treasury Management including FOREX and Metal Hedging, Accounting, Budgeting & Costing, Risk Analysis & System Implementations. The candidate should be well versed in Taxation matters and should have an excellent Analytical & Communication Skills.

The incumbent should be a B.E. Chemical Engineer with experience of 15-20 years in running large or medium scale process chemical plants independently. He should have work experience for production planning, maintenance, process trouble shooting, energy utilization, handling of hazardous chemicals, EMS, 5S, QMS System implementation for achieving production targets. He should be matured, performance oriented individual and well versed with legal compliances & local liaison. He will coordinate with marketing and Q.A heads to handle multi products which caters to renowned multinational companies globally. He should be computer savvy. Knowledge of local language is essential.

The incumbent should be a B.E. Mechanical Engineer with minimum 15-20 years of experience in project execution of chemical, Agro chemical and API manufacturing organization. He must have experience of working in Greenfield projects, mechanical design of the equipments, inspection of equipments, supervision of construction activities at plant and site fabrication of structures & piping is required. He will be responsible for Project scheduling, monitoring and generating status report by using M S Project. He must have executed at least 2-3 large size projects.

The incumbent should be B.E. Chemical / B.Sc – Chemistry with M.B.A. in Marketing with at least 15 years of experience in marketing speciality chemicals. Should have good exposure to managing / developing customers both in Domestic & International markets, Channel Partner development / management, FOREX & Metal Hedging, Export Incentive & Logistic management, Sales Promotional activities etc.
He shall be responsible for managing the marketing function of the company with a strong bottom-line orientation. Key responsibilities include growing the business of the company in line with growth aspirations of the company, enhancing the market share & brand image of all products, widening the customer base in Domestic & International markets, improve cash flow through prudent current asset management, ensuring statutory compliances etc. He should be a good leader capable of mentoring the team in order to harness their full potential.

The incumbent should be B.E. (Chemical) with minimum 15 years of experience as Head of Process Engineering either in a Chemical Industry or in a Design and Engineering firm of repute. He should be well versed with conceptualization of chemical processes, development of PFD’s, preparation of mass/energy balances, finalization of process design of equipment. Commissioning of Plants, stabilization of the processes & establishment of input norms would be part of the responsibility. He should also have a good exposure in conducting HAZOP / Risk assessment studies of new processes / plants. Candidate is also expected to have sufficient exposure to energy saving initiatives as well as new technologies. The position shall report to GM-Projects.
