General Manager – Mines
The incumbent will be based at the corporate office, Chennai. Key responsibilities would include identification and selection of mines, planning and monitoring mining operations, team building, continuous technology upgradation, cost management and safety. He will also manage relationships with appropriate statutory authorities and other external agencies. Candidates should be Post Graduates/Graduates in Mining Engineering with first class Mines Manager’s competency certification having a minimum of 20 years’ experience in managing large mechanized and open cast mines. He should have adequate knowledge in maintenance of EME, computerized mines planning and statutory laws applicable to mines including environment Age: around 40 years.
General Manager-Civil
he incumbent will be based at corporate office, Chennai or at the manufacturing unit. Key responsibilities would be to coordinate with the design agency, construction company and with the project team in implementation of the projects at various sites for completion as per time/cost schedule. Candidates must be graduates in Civil Engineering and Post Graduation in Structural Engineering with minimum of 20 years of experience in design of industrial civil structures, both concrete and steel. He should possess good leadership qualities and be capable of leading the project team. Candidates possessing excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills will be preferred. Age: around 40 years.
General Manager – HRD
The incumbent will be based at the corporate office, Chennai. Candidates should have two years full-time Post Graduation in Social Work/ Business Administration specializing in HR. Persons should have 15-20 years of relevant experience in a large organization. Key responsibilities would include human resource planning, talent acquisition, PMS and other related HR functions. Exposure to ERP-enabled HR systems and contemporary HR practices will be preferred. Strong conceptual knowledge and proven success in implementing innovative HR practices is essential. Age: around 40 years.
DGM / GM – Finance and Accounts
The incumbent will be based at the manufacturing facilities spread across South India and will head the finance, accounts and administration functions. Candidates should be Chartere Accountants/Cost Accountants with a first class academic recorc and 15-20 years’ relevant experience in large manufacturing companies, handling all facets of finance, accounts and genera administration functions. Should have worked in an ERP environment. Age: around 40 years.
DGM /GM– Materials
The incumbent will head the material planning, purchase and inventory control functions in one of the large manufacturing units. Candidates should be Engineering Graduates with Post Graduation in Materials Management. They should have a first class academic record and 15-20 years’ relevant experience in a process industry. Age: around 40 years.
Manager/AGM – Civil
The incumbent will be based at the manufacturing units spread across South India and will head the civil function. Graduate Civil Engineers with 15-18 years of experience in execution of civil projects will be ideal. Innovative persons with exposure to planning will be preferred.
