We are a 43 year old not-for-profit society, a research based academic institution (www.ifmr.ac.in). IFMR has a Business School offering AICTE approved 2 year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management, A PhD School, Research centers and offers Executive Development Programs.

IFMR has set up a world class campus spread over 40 acres in SriCity, Tada, Andhra Pradesh located approximately 70 kms from Chennai. Our campus is a fully integrated complex with facilities for academic education, research, training and residences for students, faculty and staff.

For our Tada campus we are looking for;

FINANCE MANAGER
The position heads Finance function and is responsible for finance management, accounts, budgets and MIS. The finance manager shall also be involved in management and administration of the institute. S/he must be a qualified finance professional with minimum 5 years supervisory experience handling above responsibilities.

COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
The position is responsible for brand-building, rating & accreditation, website, newsletters, brochures and all communication function. S/he must be a qualified communications professional with minimum 5 years experience handling a similar role.

Both the above positions are residential and rent free family accommodation will be provided on campus.

The Institute for Financial Management and Research (IFMR)
The Institute for Financial Management and Research (IFMR) is a Not-for-Profit, professional and independent academic institution in Chennai, India. (www.ifmr.ac.in) IFMR has been recognised as an Institution of National Importance by the Ministry of Finance and as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (SIRO) by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Govem-ment of India.

IFMR is a higher learning institution with AICTE approved two-year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), three-year part time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) for working executives. PhD programs (in affiliation with the University of Madras) and wide range of Management Development Programs (MDPs) for executives from government, industrial, financial and social sectors. IFMR has well established research centres in the areas of Micro Finance, Small Enterprise Finance, Development Finance and Advanced Financial Studies. It is also the partner agency for the MIT based Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL).

For our expansion, we need the following:

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT:
This position involves taking responsibility for the accounting, MIS, treasury and project accounting functions. The applicant needs to be a qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum two years accounting experience, preferably in Service Industry. Inter CA with sufficient accounting knowledge and experience may also apply.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
Management Development Programs (MDPs):
This position involves close interaction with corporates for identification of their training needs and concluding arrangements for the MDPs. She/he will also be responsible for the necessary follow-up and other administrative activities involved in running these programs. The candidate would ideally possess an MBA with 5 to7 years experience in Service Marketing. Work experience in a similar environment would be an added advantage.

PROJECT SITE IN-CHARGE:
To work as Site In-Charge for our new campus project in Sri City. The candidate needs to have BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years’ experience in large building projects.
