Candidate should have experience in production planning, operating and controlling cement production processes parameters. He shall be well versed in plant optimization, energy conservation, refractory management, safety practices and TPM. Exposure to pollution control equipments & statutory norms is mandatory.
Mechanical (Job Code: ICL/2012/25)
Qualification: BE/BTech. in Mechanical Engg.
Age :35 to 45 years
Candidate should have experience in maintenance of cement manufacturing machinery – crushers, VRM, kiln, ball mills, roll press and packing plant. He shall be well versed in spares planning, budgeting, cost control, energy saving initiatives, safety practices TPM and preventive maintenance practices. Exposure in computerized maintenance systems will be an added advantage.
Electrical (Job Code: ICL/2012/26)
Qualification: BE/ BTech. in Electrical Engg.
Age: 35 to 45 years
Candidate should have experience in operation and maintenance of electrical equipments of a modern cement plant. He shall be well versed in spares planning, budgeting, cost control, energy saving initiatives, safety practices & TPM and preventive maintenance practices. Qualification: BE/ BTech. in Instrumentation/Electronics Engg.

Candidate should have experience in operation and maintenance of modern cement plant instrumentation and control systems. Qualification: BE/BTech. Mining Engg.
Age: 35 to 40 years
Candidate should be a 1st class mines manager certificate holder having experience in open cast limestone mines. He shall be well versed with mine planning, mine operations, budgeting, cost control, safety practices and TPM. Exposure to EME function will be an added advantage.
