Founded in 1980, The Delhi Public School Ghaziabad Society now owns and operates three very prestigious schools in the district of Ghaziabad. It also runs The DPSG Disha, a unique school for the underprivileged children funded entirely from the internal resources of the DPSG Society.

The DPSG Society, as a part of its expansion, is looking out for outstanding teaching and administrative professionals with a proven track record. Candidates with good school and university background need apply. Communication and linguistic competency in English is essential.

  • Head Resource Centre: Must be a senior educationist/principal of a reputed school above 45 years preferably with Doctoral degree having exposure in developing, training and supervising curriculum, instructional strategies, assessments and related pedagogical challenges. Must have hands on experience of classroom teaching at various levels. Previous research experience of at least 10 years is desirable.
  • Subject Experts: Must be Postgraduate/Ph.D. with at least 15 years of experience of teaching PGT and TGT classes. Will train teachers in English, Maths, Science, S.St, and all subjects at PGT level.
  • Head HR: Must be MBA (HR) or equivalent with more than 10 years experience in corporate or Institute of repute in HR. Exposure to Policy and System development, training and OD would be an added advantage.
  • Head Technology: Must be a B.E./B.Tech (Computer Engineering) or an MCA with at least 10 years of experience in managing hardware and software maintenance.
  • Head Accounts & Finance: Must at least be a Chartered Accountant with or without MBA in finance. At least 10 years experience of Heading a similar institution is essential.
  • Head Procurement: Must be a graduate with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Materials Management. Should have headed the Materials/ procurement function. At least 10 years of experience essential.
  • Civil Engineer: Must be B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Civil Projects for a B.E./B.Tech (Civil) and minimum 8 years for Diploma holder. Should have experience of handling projects independently.
  • The compensation offered will be commensurate with the experience and best amongst the educational institutes.

Administrative Officers and Assistants: May be graduates, preferably MBAs, with at least 5 years of work experience. Good IT skills are essential.
Library Assistants: Masters in Library Science
