1. Age : Below 55 years Preferable.
2. Qualification : Person shall have minimum qualification in any one or more of the following fields:
i) Graduate with CAIIB/DBF/Diploma in Cooperative Management or equivalent.
ii) Accountancy (Chartered/Cost Accountant)
iii) Agriculture (Agricultural Graduate or Post Graduate)
iv) Finance / Economics / Business Administration (CFA / Post Graduate in Economics/MBA)
v) Law(LL.B or LLM)
vi) Engineering (BE or equivalent)
3. Experience : Candidate shall have at least 8 years of work experience at middle/senior level in the banking sector.
: Preference will be given to the person who knows Kannada language to read, write and speak.
4. Appointment : Shall be appointed on Contract Basis for a period of two years. Continuation unto the date of retirement shall be subject to satisfactory performance as assessed by the Board of Directors.
5. Salary : Salary would be as negotiated. (Applicants shall indicate minimum salary excepted)
