In addition to technical skills, candidates should be good in communication skills and report writing skills in the English language. Designers should have experience of four to six years

• Department Manager (Civil) for office
  ME/BE (Civil) with min.15 yrs exp in Design Engineering firms providing Consultancy services for Industrial and Oil & Gas sectors. Should have proven managerial skills in handling design and execution of major projects.
• Project Control Manager/Engineer for site
  BE (Civil) with min. 15 yrs. exp in monitoring budget, cost control, quantity survey and Project scheduling. He should be well versed in software like M.S. Project or Primavera
• Procurement Engineer for site
  BE (Mech) with min. 10 yrs exp. in EPCM projects and well versed in handling the vendors for Procurement activities, adhering to contractual specifications, terms and conditions. He should be familiar with handling customs procedures and methodology
• Team Leader (MEP) for site
  BE (Mech/Elec) with min 15 yrs exp in Execution/Construction MEP in industrial sector. Should be responsible for monitoring works as per the overall time schedule and resolving quality issues.
• Billing/Cost Control Engineer for site
  BE(Civil) with min. 10 yrs exp. in Quantity Surveying and Billing / Cost estimation & Budgeting.
• QA/QC Engineers (Civil/Structural) for site
  BE(Civil) with min. 5 yrs exp. in Quality control inspections and documentation in accordance with the Quality plan, regulations & ISO 9001:2008 standards.
• Business Development Manager for office
  BE with MBA having min.10 yrs exp with proven marketing skills and capable to expand the local business operations in India. Should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling international clients in reputed EPCM firms
• Sr. Draughtsmen (Civil, Architectural, Piping and Electrical)
  Diploma/ITI with min. 8 yrs. exp. in preparing detailed engineering drawings, Experience in Revit will be an added advantage.
