Surendranagar District Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union Ltd., Popularly known as Sursagar Dairy, an Amul Group Dairy Co-operative, with annual turnover of more than Rs. 400 crores. The union requires following competent, result oriented and qualified professionals to manage its newly coming up 2.00 LLPD Milk Processing Plant.
Manager (Plants): A First class graduate in Dairy Technology/Food Technology/Engineering having minimum 7 years managerial experience of which minimum 3 years of experience in managing operations of dairy/food processing plant. A Post graduate degree in management would be an added advantage.
Dy. Manager (Procurement)/Assistant Manager (Procurement) : First class Graduate in any discipline having minimum 6 – 8 years experience in milk procurement and other related activities in a large dairy unit. A post graduate degree in management would be an added advantage.
Sr. Officer(Procurement)/Officer(Procurement): First class Graduate in any discipline having minimum 5-7 years experience in milk procurement and other related activities in a large dairy unit and also should have computer operation knowledge.
Dy. Manager (Accounts)/Assistant Manager (Accounts): A First Class Post Graduate in Commerce having 6-8 years experience in Finance and Accounts in large scale industry. A post graduate degree in management with finance or C.A. would be an added advantage.
Assistant Manager/Officers: First class graduate in Dairy Technology/Food Technology having 3-4 years experience in dairy/food industry and also should have computer operation knowledge. A post graduate degree in management would be an added advantage.
Sr. Officer (Admn/HR) / Officer(Admn/HR): First class graduate in any discipline having 5-7 years experience in HR/Administration. He should be well versed with labour law and other laws related to staff/labours/factory. Candidate having A post graduate degree in management with HR would be an added advantage.
Assistant Manager/Officer: First class Graduate in any discipline with 3-4 years experience in handling purchases/stores. Candidate with degree with material management would be an added advantage.
Engineer: First class Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering having 2-3 years experience in an industrial unit.
Chemist: First class graduate with Chemistry having 1 – 2 years experience. Candidate worked with dairy/food industry would be given preference.
Refrigeration Operators : Diploma/ITI in Refrigeration having experience in operation of ammonia operated refrigeration plant and Bulk Milk Coolers.
