Head – HR : MBA-HR/MSW/MHRM or MHRD with minimum 10 years of experience in HRD system and responsible for productive harmonious industrial relation, welfare and legal affairs relating to manufacturing industry.
Head-Accounts : CA/ICWA with – minimum 10 years of experience in a large organization preferably an engineering industry. Responsible for the entire finance / accounts functions of the company. Person with experience in project finance preferred. Should be conversant with tax matter, import/export formalities, etc.
Head-Marketing : B.E- Mechanical/ Chemical with MBA – Marketing with minimum 10 years of experience in marketing engineering products, and should be an aggressive marketing professional who can plan, control and achieve sales targets.
Head-Design: B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical or Chemical) with specialisation in design and having minimum 10 years of experience in design of chemical equipments, vessels, pipes/fittings etc. Should be well experienced in the use of Auto CAD. Should take charge of the design department, plan and control the design and development of products and be conversant with ISO work procedures.
Head-QA-QC & R&D: B.E-Mechanical/ Chemical with minimum 10 years of experience in production management, inspection and quality control in a medium/large scale industry. Should have experience in manufacturing FRP/GRP vessels, tanks and process equipments. Should be conversant with the quality management system and should be capable of implementing and maintaining the QMS and continuously improve its effectiveness. Should take the overall responsibility of the inspection and quality control.
Head-Production: B.E-Mechanical with minimum 10 years of Experience and capability to manage the entire manufacturing operations with effective utilization of manpower & resources. Candidates with experience in assembly line in any engineering/automobile company would be preferred. Experience in manufacturing of vessels, tanks and sophisticated process equipment would be an added advantage.
Head-Purchase (Material): B.E – Chemical / Mechanical with minimum 10 years of experience in purchase of engineering goods, materials, machinery and other items. Persons working in plastic engineering industry preferred. Knowledge of ISO Procedure for purchase of materials will be an added advantage.
