CLINICAL RESEARCH

SR. MANAGER/ DGM – Clinical Research (Emerging Markets): Overall management of global projects of NDDS and new combination products from inception to completion. Direct & implement clinical development strategies, Review literature, Prepare study design, Protocol writing, Oversee CRO activities, resolve site queries, and ensure overall time lines for clinical projects are met. MBBS with masters in Medicine / Pharmacology having 4 to 12 years of experience in global clinical development or trial management in pharma industry or CRO required. Regulatory knowledge and clinical research experience in emerging markets preferred.

SR. MANAGER/ DGM – Business Development: Review & evaluate in-licensing opportunities from clinical/medical perspective, Identify & co-ordinate with external experts for opinions, Critically evaluate adequacy of development plans for products evaluated, Evaluate regulatory scenario in markets of interest. MBBS with masters in Medicine/ Pharmacology/ MBA having minimum experience of 5 years in product evaluation/in-licensing opportunity analysis preferred.

DGM/ GM – Clinical Operations Head: Overall management of clinical trial operations from inception of the project to submission including site identification, management and training, enrolment, budgeting, vendor management, resource planning. MBBS/ MD/ Ph.D./ M.Pharm. with 8-10 years experience in clinical trial operations required.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

ASST. MANAGER/ MANAGER: Graduate, preferably engineering with good communication skills and more than 7 years of relevant experience in:

Linux Administration – Team Lead: Management of Linux operating systems with knowledge of LVM, Backup Utility, Samba, J Boss, Apache server of which 3 years in leading a Linux support team.

Project Management (Primavera): Functional, Technical & Project management of Primavera suite. Lifesciences industry exposure preferred.

Project Management – Software Systems: Managing large, business critical projects in the area of extended ERP from conception to implementation and change management. Experience in managing and leading a team of 8-10 people at various levels is essential. In-depth knowledge of Oracle database, project management skills/tools and processes in pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.

Team Lead and Sr. Programmers – Software Development: Manage projects related to software development in Java and J2EE/ Microsoft Dot Net technologies, on application or web servers such as Apache, Tomcat, Glassfish, JBoss, developing and deploying web based applications and SOA with knowledge of JSR Servlets, Hibernate, Struts, Spring, EJB, and AJAX. Experience of 2-3 years in leading a team of 3-4 resources would be an added advantage. Candidates with lesser experience may apply for the position of a Programmer.

Business Intelligence: Creating & maintaining new DWH, preparing new ETL’s, creating & modifying schema. Good knowledge of Oracle database is preferred.

GxP (Quality) Applications: Requirement gathering, Implementation, Support & issue management of GxP applications. Exposure to managing & leading teams of 4-5 members and knowledge of Microsoft Dot Net technology/ Oracle/ MySQL database is essential. Candidates with lesser experience may also apply for position at Executive grade.

Solution Architect: Develop and maintain the application architecture for various business areas, recommend improvement/ develop automation solutions, monitor the development of system architectures, review & analyse current technology infrastructure & product choices.

OFFICER/ EXECUTIVE: Graduate, preferably engineering with more than 3 years of relevant experience in:

ERP/ Testing: Testing, coordination with users, configuration and implementation of software in areas of extended ERP. Exposure to working with Oracle database, writing/executing SQL statements, triggers, functions and stored procedures. Understanding of processes in pharmaceutical industry would be preferred.

Central Projects – Budgeting (Code: SP 001): Electrical/ Mechanical Engineer with more than 12 years of experience in preparing cost budgets for projects related to Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Mechanical & Piping etc. To undertake comparative analysis, review Bills/ measurement sheets checked by sites & do variation analysis etc.

Projects (Formulation Plant) (Code: SP 002): Mechanical Engineer with more than 12 years of experience in handling
projects for Formulation (OSD) facility. Responsible for leading facility design & co-ordinate with formulation sites for review of budgets, layout approval, design change quantity variation, prepare baseline schedules in Primavera & ensuring statutory compliances related to project work at site.

Central Projects – Drawing Office (Code: SP 003): Mechanical Engineer with additional qualification in Autocad having more than 12 years of experience in preparation of drawing work for large projects. Responsible for preparing intra service co-ordination drawings (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process, HVAC ) for site execution. To co-ordinate for getting execution drawings, layouts from Structural Consultant, Architect, MEP Consultants, Suppliers etc.

SR. MANAGER

Projects
Engineers (Mechanical/Civil/Chemical/Civil (Architectural)) with more than 14 years of relevant experience in below mentioned projects. The incumbent will lead facility design, layout approval, design change quantity variation. Also co-ordinate with respective Central Project Team experts for HVAC/ Electrical/Civil/Civil Piping etc., Purchase & Site teams. Prepare baseline schedules in Primavera & ensuring statutory compliances related to project work at site.
Formulation/lnjectable Projects (Code: SP 004): Responsible for current projects at OSD/lnjectables plants & upcoming formulation plants in Eastern part of the country.

Infrastructure Projects (Code: SP 005): Responsible for API/OSD/lnjectables facilities by co-ordinating activities for
facility creation for infrastructure related projects like ETR STR Waste Management, Incineration, Remodeling of Utilities, Substation, Tankfarms, Solvent Recovery etc.

Civil Projects (Code: SP 006): Responsible for civil projects by sharing basic/detailed engineering for civil with Structural Consultants etc.

Architect Projects (Code: SP 007): Responsible for Architectural part of projects by sharing basic/detailed engineering for civil with Architects & Structural Consultants etc.

Project Quality
Engineers (Architectural/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation) with more than 14 years of relevant experience in below mentioned projects. The incumbent will co-ordinate these activities apart from below mentioned like to review tender document specs for various items, ensure quality
protocols communicated to contractors & vendors, organize Quality Audits at all sites and to prepare snag list & fix appropriately. To issue certification of work completion on quality aspects on various parameters.

Architectural (Code: SP 008): Responsible for Quality Compliance of Architectural aspects in project construction. Prepare Quality protocols related to Architectural construction, layouts, Ergonomics, Space standardization, Statutory compliance for EHS etc.

Mechanical, Piping & HVAC (Code: SP 009): Responsible for Quality Compliance of Mechanical, Piping & HVAC aspects in projects. Prepare Quality protocols related to Mechanical construction like Ducting, Piping, Welding, Painting, AHU installation, Insulation, Fabrication etc.

Electrical & Instrumentation (Code: SP 010): Responsible for Quality Compliance of Electrical installations in projects.
Prepare Quality protocols related to Electrical installations like Cable routing, Termination, Panel fabrication & installation, Electrical finishing items, all low voltage cabling & installation, HT system installations etc.

Pharma & General Utilities (Code: SP 011): Responsible for Quality Compliance of Pharma & General Utilities in projects.
Prepare Quality protocols related to Utilities like Pharma & General Utility, Polishing standards, cGMP and guideline compliance, piping & pipe racks etc.

Central Projects Team
Engineers (Instrumentation/Electrical) with more than 14 years of relevant experience in below mentioned projects.

Instrumentation (Code: SP 012): Responsible for project activity relating to Low Voltage systems, Instrumentation design/detail engineering for all projects. Prepare Control Schemes, internal plant layouts, Building Mgt System, Process Automation, co-ordination with Consultant & Site team etc.

Electrical (Code: SP 013): Responsible for project activity relating to Electrical Systems design/detail engineering for all projects. Prepare Load Ust, Sizing of Transformer, power back up system, co-ordination with Consultant & Site team etc.

DY. GENERAL MANAGER

Project

API Projects (Code: SP 014), New Product Fillings (Formulation) (Code: SP 015). Formulation (Injectables) (Code: SP 016): Engineers (Chemical/Mechanical) with more than 15 years of relevant experience in projects like API (Chemical/API facility), New Product Fillings (OSD/lnjectables facility) and Formulation (Injectables SH & Cyto facility). The incumbent will lead facility design, layout approval, design change quantity variation. Also co-ordinate with respective Central Project Team experts for HVAC/ Electrical / Civil/Civil Piping etc, Purchase & Site teams. Prepare baseline schedules in Primavera & ensuring statutory compliances related to project work at site.

Project Quality (Code: SP 017): Civil Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in Quality Compliance of Civil/ Construction projects. Responsible for preparing review & finalising Quality protocols for civil items (Clean room partitions, finishing items, RCC, Masonry, Painting etc), review tender document specs, ensure quality protocols communicated to Contractors, organize Quality Audits at sites, prepare snag list & fix appropriately. To issue certification of work completion on quality aspects on various parameters.

Positions based at Halol (Gujarat)

EXECUTIVE

Projects
Engineers (Mechanical/Electrical) with more than 5 years of relevant experience in below mentioned projects. The incumbent will co-ordinate these activities apart from below mentioned like execute and achieve construction quality, carry out measurements, provide data for primavera schedule, prepare qualification documents & protocols and prepare snag list & fix through contractor

Piping & Pharma Utilities, Gen Utility & ETP/STP, HVAC (Code: SP 018): Responsible for supervision of construction activity at site related to General Utility & ETP/STR Piping & Pharma Utilities & HVAC. Exposure to similar activities in Pharmaceutical or Chemical manufacturing plant will be preferred.

Electrical (Code: SP 019): Responsible for supervision of construction activity at site related to Electrical system as per drawings & Specifications. Exposure to Similar activities in Formulation (OSD/lnjectable) plant will be preferred.

Documentation & Validation (Code: SP 020): Responsible for preparation of URS/Contract docs for Mechanical/Pi ping & Electrical areas, co-ordinate with Consultant/Suppliers to arrange documents required for validation etc. Exposure to Documentation & Validation activities for projects of a Formulation (OSD/lnjectable) plant will be preferred.

MANAGER

Piping & Utility, Electrical & HVAC (Code: SP 021): Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with more than 12 years of experience in Piping & Utility, Electrical & HVAC areas of projects of a Formulation (OSD/lnjectable) plant. Responsible for assigning work based on drawings, work out alternatives to design, give final acceptance of construction quality in respective areas, update Primavera schedules etc.

SR. MANAGER

Projects (Code: SP 022): Mechanical Engineer with more than 14 years of experience in handling projects for OSD/lnjectables facility. Responsible for leading Construction team, report quantity variation & scope change, co-ordinate with Central Project team/Contractors/Vendors, ensure schedule updates in Primavera etc..
