We are a Joint Venture of Japanese MNC, our present turnover is 250 Crores and have exponential growth plans. Manufacturing specialty tubes and critical tubular components for OEMs, primarily for Automobile and Refrigeration Segments. We have manufacturing facilities at Dewas / Gurgaon / Noida / Pune / Chennai and Bangalore. To strengthen our team we have following requirements:-
HEAD – OPERATIONS (At Manesar–Gurgaon Plant) Graduate Engineer with 18 to 20 years experience in Auto/Engineering industry, out of which minimum 5 years as Plant Head/Head Operations. Having sound knowledge of manufacturing, product development, quality and H.R. aspects is essential. Candidate having hands on exposure to lead a team of 200+employees with leadership quality and proven track record of working with various Japanese Manufacturing/Quality & Maintenance concepts will get added advantage.
HEAD-PRODUCTION (At Manesar–Gurgaon Plant) Graduate/Diploma Engineer with 12 to 15 years experience in Auto/ Engineering industry. Must, possess Production, Quality Management, Machine Operations and Planning skills with focus towards improvement in productivity through process and methods etc. Candidate having good exposure of Toyota Production System and or of Japanese concepts will get added advantage.
HEAD-DEVELOPMENT(At Manesar–Gurgaon Plant) Graduate / Diploma Engineer with 12 to 15 years experience in Automotive component design & development. Must be capable to conduct feasibility study and selection of required equipment for development of components and development of Prototype New Product, Process, Jigs, Fixture, Metal Components and Tooling. Hands on experience of APQP/ PPAP/3-D CAD is must.
HEAD-QUALITY CONTROL (At Manesar–Gurgaon Plant) Graduate / Diploma Engineer with 12 to 15 years experience in Auto/ Engineering industry. Persons with flair for improvement in productivity through process, methods etc. and having sound knowledge of QMS, Quality Techniques, TS 16949 : 2009 etc. Candidate having worked as MR will get added advantage.
HEAD-MARKETING (At Manesar–Gurgaon Plant) Graduate/Diploma Engineer preferably with MBA having experience of around 12-15 years in marketing Industrial Products / Components to OEMs preferably in Automobile Segment. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Head of the Department in a medium size manufacturing industry with excellent track record will get added advantage.
HEAD-PLANNING (At Manesar–Gurgaon Plant) Graduate/Diploma Engineer with 10 to 12 years experience in Production Planning & Control with Auto/Engineering industry. Should be able to lead the entire aspect from Planning to Production Control by utilizing optimal resources in effective manner. Must possess skill to ensure least WIP and to work closely on Management Information System for entire Manufacturing process, with analytical skills.
MANAGER-PLATING PLANT (At Dewas) Engineering / Science Graduate having 10-12 years of experience in on line Electro Plating Plant with sound knowledge of Plating technologies and proven track record in the field. Candidates having hands on experience in Electro Copper Plating/Galvanizing /Polyvinyl diflourine Coating Plants will get added advantage.
For all the above positions preference will be given to candidates having working experience in ERP/SAP environment. Age
should be below 45 years and Salary/CTC for SI.No.1 will be Rs. 12 to 15 Lacs and for others will be Rs. 7 to 8.5 Lacs Per annum.
