SIRD Kerala, proposes to strengthen its Faculty support as a part of IDA aided Kerala Local Government and Service Delivery Project (KLGSDP). The Project proposes to engage the following Individual experts / specialists.-

Position:-Faculty in NRM
Number of vacancies: ONE
Qualification: Master degree In Environment Sciences or Natural Resource Management with atleast 10 years of experience in training and research in the related field. Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualification (Ph.D)..
Age limit-45 years
Experience: Preference will be given to those who are familiar with the preparation of materials relating to NRM or similar nature.
Other skills: Must be computer literate in the use of word processor,spreadsheets and any other applications. Excellent written and oral communication skill in English and Malayalam (desirable).
Duration: Initial period one year. Likely to be extended up to the duration of project period.
Remuneration: Rs 45,000/- (Monthly consolidated) |

2. Position:- Consultant in Social Audit
Number of vacancies:- ONE
Qualification: Masters degree in Social Science with at least 10 years of experience in developmental projects that involve local self governments. Preference will be given to those having Ph.D.
Age Limit: 50 years
Experience: Preference will be given to those candidates who are having practical experience in preparation of tool kits for Social Audit and involved in conducting training programmes to LSG staff/Elected Representatives.
Other skills: Must be computer literate in the use of word processor, spreadsheets and any other applications.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Malayalam (desirable).
Duration: Initial period of one year extentable to the project period, year wise based on performance
Remuneration: Rs. 45,000/- (Monthly consolidated)
