JOB PROFILE

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Post Graduation, preferably MBA, with 3+ years of experience in Placement / HR / Corporate Relationship areas.

PAY AND BENEFITS
Salary: Rs 60,000 – 80,000 – 1,00,000 per month and performance incentives. Not a constraint for accomplished candidates.

Location: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi and Kolkata

The CTL would collaborate with faculty, administrators and students to strengthen the educational efforts and develop innovations in pedagogy, technology, curricula, and research in learning process.

DIRECTOR – INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
To foster collaborative cross-national, faculty and student exchange as well as research to address issues and problems of global significance. To build and support a diverse global academic community on campus. To spearhead several twinning and dual degree programs, and create opportunities for students and faculty to work overseas on project and research interns.

DIRECTOR – CORPORATE AFFAIRS
To develop, orchestrate and implement in partnership with corporate, outreach collaborative strategies on joint research, creation of centres of excellence and innovation, faculty sabbaticals, and student interns & projects. To offer several degree and certificate programs and training modules to corporate to lift up skills and profile. To strengthen Corporate Advisory Board and facilitate traffic of corporate experts to benefit students and faculty.

DIRECTOR – MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS
To evolve policies and to build brand globally. To offer assistance to print, broadcast and online media. To work with all media, including on-campus publications, local, national and international press, in all formats—including print, broadcast and electronic. To connect with faculty to arrange video, photographs and radio feeds in developing news stories and press releases.

CEO – SRM RESEARCH INSTITUTE
To build and lead the Research Institute promoting a host of scientific breakthroughs and technological advances. To draw up research policies, protocols/procedures and work with faculty/researchers of the university to realize global standards. To identify funding agencies in India and abroad who can grant funds for research. To spearhead interdisciplinary centers, labs and programs in tackling complex problems.

Qualification: Need to hold a suitable qualification from an institute of repute from India or overseas with over 10-15 years of experience at the senior level in university/corporate in the respective field.

Remuneration: Compensation package includes competitive salary based upon the qualifications and experience of the applicants plus other benefits as per University norms.
