Field Service Engineers & Senior Field Service Engineers (Job Req ID 74750) – UAE

Responsibilities: Respond to customer requests for support, maintenance and troubleshooting in a professional manner. Become an expert on our products and provide training on product troubleshooting to end users and other team members.

Qualifications: At least 2 years experience in commissioning, installation, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance relating to at least one industry product (Motors, Drives, Automation Systems, CNC Applications, Process Instrumentation and Process Analysers etc.) Candidates with over 8 years experience will be considered for senior positions within the team

Sales Engineers & Sales Managers (Job Req ID 74754) — UAE & Qatar

Responsibilities: Duties include management of existing accounts, developing new sales channels to ensure growth and generating and implementing business plans for the sales of Siemens products & services.

Qualifications: At least 2 years experience in sales and business development relating to industry products (Motors, Drives, Automation Systems, CNC Applications, Process Instrumentation and Process Analysers etc.) A demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets combined with exceptional customer focus and account management skills. Previous leadership experience will be required for managerial level positions.

Project Engineers & Project Managers (Job Req ID 74755) – UAE, Qatar, Bahrain & Oman

Responsibilities: Delivery of assigned projects, review of system design, program management (defining budget, risk, opportunity and scheduling activities) and managing project team members and client relationships.

Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years experience working on or managing the execution of complex industrial projects, with sound exposure to industry products (Motors. Drives, Automation Systems, CNC Applications, Process Instrumentation and Process Analysers etc.

Project Management qualifications such as Prince 2 or PMP are essential for senior roles.

  What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Engineering degree/ diploma in electrical or electronics and telecommunications
• 8-10 years of comprehensive experience in project management in the engineering industry

• 5-7 years experience in different technical areas, specifically integration and testing of automatic train control and protection systems, with project experience

  What are my responsibilities?

• Technically responsible for system management of automatic train control and protection systems for customer projects
• Coordination of technical processes during offer and project execution phases, technical customer negotiations
• Analysis of requirements, coordination and definition of architecture, formulation of philosophies/architectures/interfaces, technical offer documentation for complete system; representing requirements towards development and product management
• Cooperation with engineering counterparts, consolidating customer-country specific technical knowledge
• Communication link between engineering units, internal and external
