Qualification: Any Good Degree / Diploma in Mecrvenical Engineering Age: 35 to 40 years Experience: About 10 yrs to 15 yrs in a gear manufacturing shop of which atleast 2 to 3 years should have been in a senior position. The person will be required to look after the following areas:
1. Machine Shop and Heat Treatment
2. Quality Control
3. Development
4. Maintenance
