* Head: Training and Placement
An engineering graduate preferably with management qualification and more than 10 years of experience in effectively managing the institute industry interface and placement of students in corporate sector. Candidates with similar qualifications but with experience upto 10 years will be considered for positions of T & P Officers.

* Trainers for Personnel Development and Career Skills Training
Experienced and professionally qualified candidates capable of delivering training and development programs in the following areas: Quantitative Skills, & Logical Skills, Verbal & Non-verbal Skills, Soft Skills, and Interpersonal Skills. Trainers will also be concerned with developing personal attributes required of a confident and competent professional with wholesome personality. Professional qualifications required for trainers will be MA in English, MBA, MSW. For aptitude trainers, qualifications will be B.Tech or M.Sc. in Mathematics or Statistics.

DIRECTOR: ENGINEERING COLLEGE
Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with a minimum experience of 15years in the field of teaching / industry / and research of which at least 10 years should be at the level of Professor or equivalent.

PROFESSOR / ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR IN ALL DISCIPLINES OF ENGINEERING
Qualifications & Experience: Ph.D. in relevant branch with 10 years’ teaching, research or industrial experience out of which at least 5 years should be at A.P. (AGP: Rs. 8000) level or equivalent. | Deserving candidates may be offered upto Rs. 1.5 lakhs Salary | Re-imbursement of 3A/C train fare to applicants applying for the post of professor.

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR –ARCHITECTURE: (AS PER COUNCIL OF ARCHITECTURE)
Qualification: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture & Master’s Degree in Architecture OR Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture & First Class Master’s Degree in Architecture OR First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture & Ph.D. in Architecture.
Experience: 5 years experience in Teaching/ Practice/ Research at the level of Lecturer or equivalent

Note: Candidates from Practice with Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Master’s Degree in Architecture having First Class at either of the level and having 5 years of professional experience shall also be eligible.

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR – ARCHITECTURE: (AS PER COUNCIL OF ARCHITECTURE)
Qualification: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture OR Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture & First Class Master’s Degree in Architecture. Experience: No minimum requirement.

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR – ARTS
Qualification: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts / Applied Art (Minimum of Four Years degree course) OR Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts /Applied Arts (Minimum of Four years degree course) and First Class Master’s Degree in Fine Arts /Applied Arts. Experience: No minimum requirement.
Salary Package will be as per AICTE norms and 6th pay commission recommendations. Higher package will be considered for outstanding candidates.

HEAD–TRAINING AND PLACEMENT

INDUSTRY- INTERFACE EXPERTS
Experienced professionals with competencies in developing and maintaining effective industry-institute interface. They will be required to undertake programs in capacity building of students in various areas to bridge the gap between expectations of industry and products of educational institutions. In addition, it is expected that each expert will bring at least 10 companies to the campus for placement in their area of experience.
