We are a fast growing professionally managed real estate construction company with a progressive approach having presence in UP, Haryana & New DelhiOrganization stands in requirement of the Senior and Middle level positions for their upcoming township & existing projects.
VICE PRESIDENT – ACCOUNTS & FINANCE – LUCKNOW :
Desired candidate should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with an experience of around 20-25 years having worked in any leading construction industry and capable of handling accounting operations up to finalization of Accounts, liasioning with Banks/other financial Institutions for financing of Projects & working knowledge of Income Tax and relevant taxes applicable in real estate industry.
GENERAL MANAGER ACCOUNTS & FINANCE – LUCKNOW:
Desired candidate should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with an experience at least 15-20 years in handling accounting operations up to finalization of Accounts, liasioning with Banks/other financial Institutions for financing of Projects, having working knowledge of Income Tax and relevant taxes applicable in real estate industry.
LIASIONING OFFICER – DELHI OFFICE :
Desired candidate should be a Graduate having at least 5-6 years experience in liasioning with the government authorities and other related departments for various sanctions/permissions relating to Real Estate industry.
