Payroll Manager:AGM/DGM: Experience of managing UK Payroll process for a minimum of 6 years in a captive / 3rd party operations. Excellent people management, SLA management & client management capabilities. The candidate should have in-depth understanding of UK payroll requirements and regulations.

Payroll Compliance Manager: Assistant Manager / Manager: Experience of working within the Payroll / F&A/ HRO domain in a Compliance / Audit / Quality role with a track record of establishing controls in a BPO environment. Understanding of UK Payroll requirements and regulations would be preferred.
