Savita Oil Technologies Limited, a reputed multi product & multi location Public Ltd. Co. engaged in manufacturing and marketing of Petroleum Specialty Oils & Lubricants. With group sales turn over exceeding Rs. 2000 crores, Savita has grown rapidly in last decade. The company’s core competence has given it a distinct competitive advantage and is now poised for further rapid growth. We are looking for our new project in Silvasa:-

> Factory/Works Manager:-
Candidate should be Chemical Engineer with around 20 – 22 years of overall experience, of which at least 5 years should have been as Factory / Works Manager of Chemicals / Petroleum based manufacturing facility. The candidate will assume responsibility of manufacturing and administration of the plant. He will lead a team of functional heads to achieve manufacturing objectives. Experience in liaisoning with Government & local bodies is essential.

> Sr. Manager – Quality Control:-
Candidate should be M.Sc. in organic chemistry having overall experience of more than 15 years of which at least 5 years should have been in leading a Quality Control team. He will be in charge of all Quality Control activities and should have good experience in handling Analytical and QC instruments.

> Manager – Production:-
Candidate should be Chemical Engineer with an experience of 15 -20 years in a manufacturing Unit involving Chemical / Petroleum product processing. He will shoulder responsibility of overall production and is expected to deliver desired results as per given product Quality and yield norms. Since the plant is fully automated, experience in SCADA / DCS & PLC based systems is MUST.

> Manager Maintenance :-
Candidate should be Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with 10 years of experience in handling the maintenance team. He will be responsible for both preventive and breakdown maintenance. He will be responsible to maintain continuity of production operations with least possible interruptions due to equipment and breakdowns.

> Sr. Manager – Security Administration & Safety:-
Candidate should be retired Commissioned officer from the Defense services. Post retirement from the Defense services, he should have at least 3-5 yrs experience of Security administration in large size organization. He will lead a team of people to ensure safety & security of Men, material and vehicles in & around the factory. He would be required to organize and conduct security & safety training periodically. He will also liaise with Government/local bodies & Police departments.

> Engineering Officer (Instrumentation):-
Candidate should be degree or diploma holder in Instrumentation with 3 – 5 years of experience of instrument engineering from Oil & Gas Sector. He should understand Instrumentation Index & Specification, Data sheets. Loop Drawings, I/O Wiring diagrams, Net work drawings for smooth functioning of Instrumentation & Control system. He will effectively run diagnostic / repairs / maintenance, routines in modern fully automatic process plant.

Since, the Company works on SAP platform, for all the above positions, knowledge of SAP or an equivalent ERP based system is essential. Also the candidate should be familiar with ISO procedures since the Company is both ISO 9001 and 14001 accredited.

The company has commissioned its 3rd New State of the art, fully automatic sophisticated plant at Silli In Silvasa, for which We are looking for following:-

GENERAL MANAGER-WORKS:
The incumbent will be overall in charge of plant operations including planning, production, maintenance, administration & liaison with Govt and local authorities. The candidate should be Chemical Engineer with 22-25 years of manufacturing experience in chemical process/oil industry of which at least 10 years should be in Works Manager / Unit Head Position. This position calls for interpersonal & motivation skills in leading the plant team to achieve effective and efficient operations.

WORKS MANAGER:
The candidate should be Chemical Engineer with 18-20 years of overall experience, of which at least 7 years should have been as Factory / Works Manager of Chemicals / Petroleum based products manufacturing facility. The candidate will assume responsibility of manufacturing and administration of the plant. He will lead a team of functional heads to achieve manufacturing objectives. Experience in liaisoning with Government & local bodies is essential.

SR. MANAGER / MANAGER – PERSONNEL & ADMINISTRATION:
The candidate should be graduate in any discipline with post graduate degree or diploma in Personnel Mgt and Industrial Relations from reputed university. He should have minimum 15 -18 years of experience heading the Personnel dept of a manufacturing plant. Should be fully conversant with compliance under the labour laws. He will manage end to end contract labour, Liaisoning with Govt. authorities and local bodies. He should be well versed with computerized time mgt & pay roll system including leave administration.

DY. MANAGER MAINTENANCE:
The candidate should be Mechanical Engineer with 10 years of experience or diploma holder with 15 years of experience in process industry or lubricating oil background. He will be responsible for day to day maintenance of equipments & both preventive and breakdown maintenance. He should be versatile in maintenance of liquid filling machines, pumps, compressors, air dryers.

ENGINEERING OFFICER (INSTRUMENTATION):
Candidate should be degree or diploma holder in Instrumentation with 3 – 5 years of experience of instrumentation engineering from Oil and Gas sector.
