SALES Head – Sales & Marketing (Code: HSM1)
Management Graduate in Sales & Marketing with minimum 12 years of experience in Sales. Team Management. Sales training. Customer Relationship Management and Branding & Promotion. Candidates with Real Estate experience would only be preferred. Exposure with Hospitality industry would be an added advantage. Age below 50 years.
Manager/ Assistant Manager – Sales (Code: MSI)
Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing with 5 to 8 years of experience in handling Sales, team management and Customer Relationship Management. Candidates with Real Estate experience would be preferred. Exposure with Hospitality industry would be an added advantage. Age below 40 years.
Manager – Online Sales (Code: MOS1)
Management Graduate in Sales with ( background and minimum 5 years of experience in handling online sales and team management. Candidate with thorough knowledge on Online Sales strategies. SEO, and experience in handling a Call Center would be preferred. Age below 40 years.

ACCOUNTS C.F.O (Code: CFO1)
CA with minimum 12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance with minimum 5 years in Real Estate Industry. Should be well versed with implementation of ERP. Finance Planning and management. Fund Raising, cost effective initiatives and Budgeting. Knowledge of Private Equity, IPO would be an added advantage. Age below 50 years.
Manager – ERP (Code: MERP1) BE / MCA with minimum 8 years of experience In managing IT infrastructure & ERP Management. Experience in ERP implementation would be preferred. Candidate should be well versed with all Departmental systems and processes. Infrastructure planning and management, and timely monitoring of system development. Age below 40 years.
CONSTRUCTIONS Manager – Projects (Code; MPl) BE/ME – Civil with minimum 10 years of experience in Real Estate & Commercial construction. Candidate having exposure to all the construction activities like planning, execution, safety, quality etc would be preferred. Age – below 40 years.
Sr.HR Generalist (Code:HRG1) PG with minimum 3 years of experience as HR Generalist. Expertise in Recruitment & Training process is a must. Exposure to service Industry would be an added advantage. Age below 35 years.
