We require following personnel:

1. SR. MANAGER/DGM (1 Post-M/F)
   7 to 10 years experience in managing a team of highly dedicated sales people for business development and sales. Responsible for overall business generation and collections for the company.
2. HR & ADMIN HEAD (1 Post-M)
   5 to 8 Years experience in HR & Admin Department with sound knowledge of HR functions, statutory compliance requirements, payroll, recruitment and training. Pleasant personality. Should be able to communicate in English, Hindi &Marathi.
3. SR. MARKETING / MEDIA MANAGER {1 Post-M/F)
   8 to 10 years experience in handling advertising (Print, Electronic & Online) events & exhibitions, good rapport with Media Houses & Advertising Agencies.
4. PURCHASE MANAGER(3 Posts-M)
   Responsibilities include cross product line purchasing support for assigned geography. Leads competitive RFP bidding process and contract negotiations for area vendor base (as assigned) including but not limited to contractor services, delivered raw materials, and capital expenditure.
5. QUANTITY SURVEYOR (3 Posts-M )
   5 to 7 years experience. Diploma in civil engineering & capable of quantity & estimation work.
6. LIAISONING MANAGER (3 Posts-M)
   3 to 4 years experience in liaisoning work. Capable of handling all government office work. Knowledge of land survey. Should have good knowledge of property registration activity.
7. CUSTOMER CARE – HEAD (1 Post-M/F)
   Must have min. 5 to 7 years experience in handling CRM / Service. Should have some experience in land / plot.
8. FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE (3 Posts- F)
   Smart & Young with excellent communication skills & pleasing personality. Basic computer knowledge essential. Prior experience preferred.
