General Manager/Dy.General Manager/Asst. General Manager (Road projects): No of Post-1
Qualification, Experience & Responsibility: B.E./B.Tech (Civil Engg.) from a recognized university/institution of repute.(M. Tech -Structures preferably from construction Industry will be an added advantage.)
Minimum 12-20 years of relevant experience out of which at least 8-10 years in heavy-duty road projects with significant construction experience as a Project Manager (Team leader) during execution of civil & different types of road projects including roads services, structures, bridges, underpass, sewerage etc. Should have handled at least two project preparation and construction supervision work of major heavy duty roads or highway projects, and have experience of rehabilitation/ repair/ maintenance of roads and bridges of heavy duty, medium duty and rural roads.
He should be able to handle and supervise entire assigned road project, scheduling of work as per planning & programming for in time completion of assigned work with quality or any other task as assigned by management; efficient in Project monitoring. Execution, Planning, Scheduling, Resource mobilization, Operations, and coordination; liaison with local govt, authorities for various permissions and environment management; direct and advice the team on various day-to-day activities of the project; control both quality and cost optimization; send continuous MIS reports to the management on the progress of the projects; and good contract management.

Qualification, Experience & Responsibility: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution of repute. The candidate should have minimum 6-10 years of experience in execution of civil & different types of road projects, including roads
services, structures, bridges, underpass, sewerage etc. He should also have experience of rehabilitation/ repair/ maintenance of heavy & medium duty roads and bridges, and rural roads. Should be efficient in Project monitoring, Execution, Planning, Scheduling, Resource mobilization, Operations, and Coordination; Liaisoning with local govt, authorities for various permissions and environment management. He will be responsible for various day-to-day activities of the project, controlling of both quality and cost optimization, continuous MIS reports to the management on the progress of the projects and good contract management and must be conversant with AutoCAD.

The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience as practicing lawyer or experience in Corporate Sector having sound knowledge of Civil & Criminal Laws, Mines & Minerals Laws, Forest & Environment Laws and all allied Act & Rules of Mines and must have good knowledge of Odisha & Jharkhand Land & Revenue Laws, Conveyancing ( Precedents & Forms), RTI Act 2005 and sound knowledge of legal drafting.
