URGENT REQUIREMENTS
Rosmerta is the Country’s leading player operating PAN India in 18 states for e-Governance based intelligent Transport Solutions like: Smart Card based Vehicle Registration Certificates /Driving License, High Security Registration Plates, Integrated Transport Management Systems, RFID solutions, Speed Governors, Vehicle Tracking Systems etc. There is an urgent requirement for the following personnel in Delhi/NCR:
COO
- 20-25 yrs of experience with minimum 5 yrs of experience in similar position
- Should have experience in planning.&implementing strategy for operations management as well as handling Business Operations (with P&L Accountability) with an organization of high repute
- Qualification: MBA from Premier Institutes
GM-LEGAL& COMPLIANCE
- 15-20 yrs exp. with Minimum 5 yrs of experience in similar position
- Should have experience in pleading & arguing cases before Supreme Court of India, High Court, District Court(s),in New Delhi and other states.
- Should have experience in handling all legal (Corporate / Commercial Law) matters and instituting systems / legal practices.
- Qualification: LLB/LLM
GM-SMART CARD OPERATIONS
- 10-15 years of experience in handling e-Governance projects like UIDAI, RSBY, Fl, DL/RC at PAN India levels
- Should have experience in managing service operations for rendering and achieving quality services delivery at ground level alongwith experience in Project management, SLA monitoring, Project review, onsitc project Implementation, interaction with various stake holders.
- Qualification: BE/MCA
GM-BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- 10-15 years of experience in business development in Auto industry, OEM’s and After Market Clients
- Should be higly skilled in P&L management, pricing strategies, competitor & market analysis
- Qualification: MBA
GM–PURCHASE
- 10-15 Yrs of experience in purchase/procurement of mechanicals electronic items/machinery from domestic as well as global markets(CHINA,US,EUROPE)
- Should have experience in handling strategic, tactical and operational supply of purchase itemsin a highly complex environment with proper Purchase documentation and Policies
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Electronics/Mechanical)
HEAD-HR & ADMIN
- 10-12 years of experience in managing overall provisions of HR services, policies and programs
- Should have experience in Employee Orientations. Training & Development
- Should have experience in employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
- Qualification: MBA (HR)
HEAD RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
- 15 to 20 years experience in the field of Automotive Electronics, with a min. of 5 years in leadership positions in Product Development preferably in Automotive / Telematics companies.
- Must have in-depth knowledge in Electronics Design, Sensor Integration and Automotive Protocols and experience in Design, Development, Testing and Validation of Embedded Hardware / Software /Applications.
- Should have experience in GPS Based Vehicle Tracking Systems & Vehicle Telematics. Experience In Speed Limiters, Engine Control Modules, Body Control Modules, Vehicle Multiplexing and Infotainment will be an advantage.
- Qualification: BE / ME (Electronics).
SENIOR ENGINEER – EMBEDDED HARDWARE
- 3-6years experience in Hardware Design and Development for Embedded Applications.
- Must have excellent Hardware Electronics design skills including Mixed signal design, Analog design, 8/16/32 bit microcontroller based digital design and debugging.
- Must be able to create system specifications, schematics and BOMs, Knowledge on environmental and regulatory test standards., FPGA Programming and Embedded Software will be an advantage.
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Electronics)
ENGINEER-EMBEDDED SOFTWARE
- 3-6 years experience in designing and implementation of embedded software/products.
- Must have excellent C / C++ Programming Skills and Good Knowledge and experience in different embedded technologies, communication standards, RTOS, microcontroller architecture.
- Experience in Software Development, Testing & Validation Tools, Automotive Protocols like CAN, LIN, OBD II etc. and Experience in IP technologies (http, TCP/IP, XMPP, SMTP) is desirable.
- Qualification: BE/BTech (Electronics)
ENGINEER-PCB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
- 3-5 years experience in PCB Layout Designing.
- Must have good experience in ‘Designing for Production’. Must have good knowledge and experience in Computer Aided PCB Design like ORCAD , Protel, Altium etc.
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics
SENIOR ENGINEER-TELEMATICS
- 3-6 years experience in architecting / designing telematics and infotainment solutions.
- Must have excellent exposure to GPS and Cellular Technologies, Embedded C / C++ / Java programming and designing.
- Qulaification: BE/B.Tech (Electronics/IT/Telecommunication)
All the above positions require good communication skills
