DGM – Sales Strategy
MBA from reputed business school with 8+ years of experience in developing sales strategy. business and financial analysis based on competition / industry mapping. The incumbent should be able to create pricing strategies and return anafysis for launching various kinds of financial schemes / products. He / She shall be responsible for Cash Flow Planning and Return Maximization.
Design & Engineering
GM / SR. GM – Structural
BE / B.Tech preferably with Masters in Structural Engineering having 12+ years of experience in Design & Detailing of RCC & Steel elements using structural analysis software like ETA BS / STAAD / STRUSOFT for High Rise residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate must have the capacity it to manage large projects and engineering teams and the talent to develop creative structural solutions. The candidate must be updated on latest structural design parameters and knowledgeable about the best international practices and local laws
SR. Architech / Architech
M. Arch. / B. Arch with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in designing & detailing high rise residential projects. Should be proticient in AutoCAD & 3D and preferably BIM. with good knowledge of relevant byelaws.
Shall be part of the team of Architects responsible for the preparation of design brief, finalization of architectural consultants, design review and architect concept drawings. Obtaining Layout and building plans and co-ordination with Architects. BMC and other Consultants.
Procurement, Contracts & Estimation
Head – Contracts
B.E / B.Tech (Civil) from a reputed institute having 15+ years of experience in contract management of high-rise residential and commercial buildings. The incumbent shall be spearheading the contracts function and shall be accountable for timely award of contracts. He / She shall also be responsible for managing the entire contract process – vendor empanelment & negotiation strategy and contracting for domestic & international vendors.
Head – Procurement
BE / B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical) having a post graduation in material management from a reputed institute. The incumbent should have 15 + years of experience in project procurement for high end, high rise residential projects.
This position is responsible for:
Ensuring that value engineering and cost optimization initiatives are deployed.
Developing direct sourcing from OEMs / global suppliers and creating a supplier base.
Ensuring that an effective procurement strategy & process is in place.
Head – Estimation
BE (Civil) / DCE with 15 + years ot extensive experience in estimation – preparation of BOQs / Budgets and comparative analysis for multiple high – rise residential projects. He / She should be conversant with the best practices lor preparing accurate and reliable estimates. The incumbent must have excellent team skills Must be familiar with various cost parameters, latest materials and technologies as well as rate analyses.
DGM – Estimation
B.E (Civii) / DCE with 12+ years of experience in preparation of BOQs for multiple projects for successfully achieving the desired output. The incumbent should have worked as a Quantity Surveyor for at least 5 years.
Manager – Contracts (Civil / Electrical & Plumbing)
B.E / Diploma with 8+ years of experience m contracts, rate analysis, preparation of tender documents. BOQ etc. The incumbent should be conversant with the latest IS Codes, schedule of rates and interpretation of contracts Good communication skills, negotiation capabilities and computer proficiency is essential.
Projects
GM – Construction
BE / B.Tech (Civil) with 15+ years ot experience in execution of high-rise residential and commercial projects. The incumbent shall be responsible for project execution, quality, resource allocation, delivery schedules and operating budgets.
DGM- Quality and R&D
B.Tech / B.E (Civil) with 12+ years of experience in setting quality standards, inspecting & controlling quality of materials and works in residential / commercial buildings. Knowledge of standard and practical norms tor testing / inspection as per is code is essential. The incumbent shall be responsible for deployment and up gradation of QA / QC processes and SOP’s across projects.
GM – Planning
B.Tech / B.E (Civil) with 15+ years of experience in planning and project management of large / high rise residential projects. The incumbent shall have the responsibility to create the project schedules, identify delays and areas of concern and provide corrective action plan to achieve project timelines.
