1. Retail – Store Manager / Retail – Assistant Store Manager
MBAs/Graduates with at least 10 years of experience in the retail sector, out of which at least 3 years experience as Manager. A leader, who will take care of the retail store independently and have overall responsibility for inventory, cost control, merchandising, ambience and accountable for best practices in the store.

2. Section Manager / Assistant Section Manager
MBAs/Graduates with at least 5 years experience in the retail sector, out of which at least 3 years experience as supervisor.

3. Customer Relationship Manager / Assistant CRM
MBAs/Graduates with at least 5 years experience in the retail/hospitality sectors, out of which at least 3 years experience in CRM/loyalty programs. Good communication and PR skills are essential and should be passionate about delivering the best possible shopping experience to the customers.

4. Human Resource Manager
MBAs/Graduates with at least 5 years experience in the retail/hospitality sectors, out of which at least 3 years experience as manager. Thorough knowledge of HR practices such as performance appraisal system, recruitment, training etc. is necessary.

5. Maintenance Engineer
Engineering graduates with at least 5 years experience in the mall/retail/hospitality sectors, out of which at least 3 years experience as manager. Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical works and air conditioning plants is essential. Expertise in MIS reports and good knowledge in compilation of LOG reports is essential.

6. Administrative Manager
MBA/Graduates with at least 5 years experience in the retail/hospitality sectors, out of which at least 3 years experience as manager. Responsible for the overall administration of the organization including areas like security, collection, transport, Inventory & housekeeping. Retail store administration background is mandatory.

7. Manager Accounts and Cash
Post-graduates in commerce with at least 5 years experience in the retail/hospitality sectors, out of which at least 3 years experience as manager.

8. Software Developers
RmKV COMPUTASK Pvt. Ltd., the IT division of RmKV founded In 1986, seeks to develop world-class retailing and data warehousing/data mining software solutions using .NET and SQL SERVER. Looking for graduates in computer science with 1 – 5 years experience in .NET Framework 4.0, Crystal Reports I I and SQL SERVER 2008. Exposure in data warehousing tools like SSAS, SSIS, SSRS would be an added advantage.

e-commerce Manager
Graduate/MBA with a minimum of 3 years experience. The candidate should manage social media activities and website vertical

Marketing Executive / Assistant
Graduates with minimum 2 years experience and exposure in marketing function. The candidate should be able to liaise and handle the communication requirements.

In-house Photographer
