We require: Young Graduates with NCC ‘C’ Certificates To be inducted as Probationary Security Executives Selected candidates initially will be inducted on a service contract of 10 years in Reliance Group Support Services (RGSS) which provides security cover to all RIL Companies. Inducted Executives will be exposed to challenging security assignments after a rigorous in-house professional training. Though the appointment is on a short term contract, it is a platform for a long term career with RIL. . Legal Manager
The Candidate should be LL.B/LL.M with minimum 10 years relevant experience in legal function of mid to large organizations.
The candidate should have:
- In depth knowledge of drafting of various legal agreements, contracts, MOUs, Notices, Petitions, Replies, plaints, affidavits etc.
- Exposure of dealing matters related to civil, criminal and Industrial court up to District level and basic knowledge of working at High Court level.
- Ability to provide proper briefing to advocates and overall co-ordination with court officials.
- Reasonable knowledge and understanding of various legislations regarding criminal, civil, excise, customs, industrial and Labour laws. Also should have exposure of preparing relevant documents, obtaining licences, registration etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skill in Gujarati and English languages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

We are in the process of setting up mega projects in Gujarat. We are looking for experienced Construction professionals in the following functional domains:
Construction Engineers – Mechanical
Candidates should have experience in construction supervision and management of jobs in the area of Fabrication / Erection of Steel Structures / Piping and Erection of Equipments. Should be well conversant with interpretation of ISO drawings, P&IDs and Line Designation Tables (LDTs).
Construction Engineers – Instrumentation
Candidates should be familiar with installation practice, testing and commissioning of field instrumentation, DCS / PLC, fire and gas systems and Analyzers in a large process. Those having experience in planning and supervision of large process plant’s instrumentation works will be preferred.
Construction Engineers – Safety
Candidates should be well aware about accident prevention principles, HIRA, fire prevention and protection, selection, use and maintenance of PPE and familiar with national and international HSE standards. Should be able to conduct Safety Inspection / Audits / Safety Walk, Report review and guidance on same to ensure compliance with required work place safety standards, regulations and company policy.
Construction Planning
Candidates should have experience and skills in detailed schedule development for petrochemical projects using Primavera, resource planning, quantitative planning, developing S-Curve, hands on experience of latest planning tools, productivity analysis and improvement, progress monitoring and control.
Construction Engineers – Civil / Structure
Candidates should have experience in supervising construction of RCC Structures and Industrial Buildings. Should have thorough knowledge of civil / structural design parameters, various codes, design standards, Planning & Scheduling. Candidates having experience of working in construction / infrastructure projects would be preferred.
Construction Engineers – Electrical
Candidates should have experience in supervising installation, testing & commissioning of Sub-stations, Motors, MCCs, Generators, Utility Equipments, Earthing & Lightening Protection. Knowledge of IS / IEC / IEE standards and IE rules preferred.
Quality Engineers – Mechanical
Candidates with experience in Refinery, Petrochemical and Infrastructure Projects and exposure to relevant Indian / International codes and standards i.e BIS /ASTM, ASME B 31.1 & 31.3, ASME Sec.II, Sec. V, VIII, Sec. X and IBR etc. Preference will be given to candidates having NDT Level -II qualification in RT/ UT/ PT/ MT and knowledge of interpretation of Inspection/NDT results.
For all of the above positions candidates should be ENGINEERING GRADUATES / DIPLOMA in engineering with experience of 7 to 15 years in large Petrochemical, Refineries, Infrastructure, Power and Fertilizer Projects. Additionally all candidates should have excellent time & people management and communication skills.
Suitable candidates with Diploma in Engineering only may be considered for fixed term employment.
