Sr. Project Manager – B.E. (Civil)
10 to 15 years of related experience knowledge of Civil, Glass Facade, MEP Lifts, Sourcing & execution capabilities. Must have proven experience in Project Management/ Quality Standards/ Contractors & Vendor Management with strong leadership qualities. Must have handled lT/Commercial projects spanning 1 million plus in total area single project worth Rs. 500 crs and above.

Sr. Manager Electrical (MEP) – B.E./ B.Tech
Electrical Engineering – With 10 to 15 years ot related experience with Good IT skills. Expert knowledge of J5 mva power operation. Design & installation. Maintenance ol Electric infra and Zero downtime during Power Shutdowns and Diesel Generator planning and operations Sound knowledge on MEP ft pre & post tendering activities in large IT Parks/Commercial buildings.

Sr. Manager Fit-out – B.E (Civil) B. Arch
With adequate knowledge on Auto Cad ft Ms. Office. 8-10 years of experiences. Responsible tor accurate and timely execution of Interior Fit out works on site, Monrtor and review all drawings, final bill certification and Adherence to safety standards.

Sr. Manager Administration – Graduate/MBA
With 10-15 years in Real Estate Industry. Capable to handle Security, Safety of employees. Transportation, Maintenance of Common area machineries of a large it Parks/Commercial building. Should have adequate knowledge on Compliances like Staff welfare, labour. Fire & Safety, and Coordination with Police, electricity board. Water department, etc

Sr. Manager – Marketing – B.Tech/MBA
With 10-15 years of exp in leasing/selling of it Commercial space . Work Experience with IPC’s is preferred. Should have sound exp in leasing 2.5 million sq fts of it Space and adequate knowledge of Marketing strategy, Brand management, Accounts, etc
