GM (Taxation) : To handle excise and sales tax matters and appear before authorities upto tribunal level. Should have thorough knowledge of excise and sales tax laws and regular habit of reading law books, periodicals and journals to be updated on changes in laws and court judgments. C.A. with 7-8 years of dealing independently with taxation authorities for a manufacturing concern. Annual Salary package Rs.18Lacs.
GM (Sales & Marketing): To promote sale of TMT bars through exclusive dealer network. Formulate business plan to achieve revenue targets and top line market share. Engage top dealers and appoint them as stockist of our product and conduct regular meetings / conferences with them to discuss targets, product training and sale strategy. Engage with architects & engineers to understand their product / designing needs and get our product approved in various govt, deptt. Develop team of dedicated sales officers to execute business strategy. Annual Salary package Rs. 12 Lacs. B.E. (Civil) with MBA (Marketing & Sales) from reputed Govt. Institute only, with 5 years experience of field sales & brand management in industry like pipe/Sanitaryware/cement.
Asstt Chief Engineer: Who will be the Incharge of day-today running and maintenance of the plant. Should know about plant layout, rolling speed, roll pass design, stores & spares. Has to ensure high productivity and minimize cost of production. B.E. (Mech) from reputed Government institute with 7-8 years experience in Steel Rolling Mill. Annual Salary package Rs. 15 Lacs.
