AGM/DGM – Construction
B.E. (Civil) with at least 15 yrs. exp. in execution of 30+ storey residential buildings. Good communication, man management and leadership skills. Ability to inculcate benchmarked construction practices, technology, contemporary designs and value engineering for optimum cost and quality. Age: 35-45 yrs.
Sr. Manager/AGM – Construction (Planning)
B.E (Civil)/D.C.E preferably with a PG in Construction Mgmt and 10-15 yrs. exp. in Planning and Scheduling of Residential/Commercial projects. Will also be responsible for overseeing execution. Age 30-40 yrs.
Project Manager-Interiors (Finishes)
Degree/Dip. in Interior Designing or B.E. (Civil)/D.C.E. with 8-10 yrs, exp. In execution and Interiors. Must have expertise in high quality finishes for Residential/Commercial projects. Age: 30-35 yrs.
Project Engineer-Safety
Graduate and Diploma in Safety with 3-5 yrs. exp. in construction sites of Residential/Commercial projects. Preferably with a specialisation in industrial safety/EHS Mgmt. Age 30-35 yrs.
Project Engineer – Quality Control
B.E. (Civil) with at least 8-10 yrs. exp. (hands on) in Quality Control for high rise Residential/Commercial buildings and preferably in an ISO 9001-2008 certified organisation. Knowledge of Ready Mix Concrete/Concrete technology will be an added advantage. Age 30-35 yrs.
Asst. Manager/Manager – Architecture
B.Arch, with 7-10yrs, exp. in designing preparation and co-ordinating with external consultants for building plans of Residential and Commercial projects. Age: 30-35 yrs.
Asst Manager/Manager-Legal
Law graduate from a reputed university with 6-8 yrs. exp, in legal documentation which includes drafting, conveyancing, title search, and excellent communication skills. Preferably from the Real Estate background. Age 30-35 yrs.
Officer-Architecture (Landscape)
B. Arch, with 4-6 yrs. exp. in developing landscape designs and drawings and co-ordination with external landscape architects and service consultants. Age: 25-30 yrs.
