A decade old and fastest growing real estate Company that has successfully left its footprints in the development of Commercial Complexes in NCR, Bhiwadi & Alwar. Projects of Rs.1500 – 2000 Crores ore running successfully and some new Commercial projects in Gurgaon & Bhiwadi will be launched soon. We are looking for dedicated and dynamic professionals, who believe in true performances.

$ G.M. (MARKETING)
The incumbent should have more than 10 years of relevant experience in real estate industry and should be result oriented as per company’s needs. He/She should have skills to motivate the colleagues und could deliver the results. He/She should have strong quality of persuasiveness and could liaise with prospective clients. Moreover, strong communication skills and ability to make a dent in the desired segment.

$ G.M./A.G.M. ACCOUNTS
Candidates should be C.A., having good leadership skills and minimum 10 years of experience (Construction Industry) & should be capable of managing teams, laying & monitoring internal control system and should have good knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxes.

$ G.M./D.G.M./A.G.M. (PROJECTS)
B.E.(Civil) with 10 years and Diploma Engineer (Civil) with minimum 15 years of experience in construction of multi-storied buildings where he should hove worked as Project Manager and handled the Project independently worth 100-200 Crores and the area spread over in one million sq. ft. He should have contract knowledge, CPWD specifications analysis and be able to organize labours and various sub-contractors and capable of independently managing the site. Engineers having less experience may apply for Junior field posts.

$ A.G.M./MANAGERCRM
The candidates having more than 10 years & 5 years of experience respectively and should have strong exposure to real estate industry, should be self driven and be able to face and satisfy the customers regarding their queries by the skills and knowledge. The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and should be committed to deliver the best.

$ PA TO MANAGING DIRECTOR
The male/female candidates having relevant and rich experience of more than 4 years of the said position can apply for the some. He/she should hove excellent communication skills in English & Hindi both and strong computer knowledge. He/she should be responsible to manage operational activities of M.D. and streamlining his schedules. Candidates having experience in real estate industry shall be preferred.

$ MANAGERMARKETING
The candidates should have relevant experience of more than 5 years in real estate industry and ability to work with enthusiasm and driven energy persona towards their given goals. He/She should be fluent in communication in English and believe in himself that he can bring the desired results.

$ MANAGER /DY. MANAGER ACCOUNTS
Commerce graduate with experience of 5 years in construction company & should have knowledge to close and finalise the accounts, independently. Knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, Service tax and Tally is essential.

$ MANAGER-HRD
The candidate having more than 5 years of experience and complete exposure to recruitment process of new candidates. He/She should have exposure to all modalities of appointments, Salary processing and maintaining the data of all employees of the organization.

$ MALL – MANAGER
A Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in managing and having skills to look after all features of running Commercial Complex and capable of taking care of routine problems of Shop Owners & tenants and looking after basic services running in the Complex.

$ MANAGER/DY. MANAGER (PURCHASE/STORES)
A construction industry professional having minimum 5 years of experience in purchase of construction material with Contractor/Builder with basic knowledge of taxation, indents, accounting of material, understanding of specifications of building material.

$ EVENT MANAGER
The male/female candidate should be responsible to organize events relating to entertainment, Games and Music attracting families and children, on regular interval, in our running Malls and should co-ordinate with prospective teams and individuals for such programs and performances and should be responsible for all such events.

$ SAFETY SUPERVISOR
The candidates should have at least 10 years of experience of relevant position and vusl exposure relating to safety measures of employees at the construction site of project and responsible to manage and control all such activities.

$ EXECUTIVEMARKETING
The candidates should have relevant experience having more than 3 years in real estate industry and ability to work with dedication and having driven energy towards given assignments by the Company. He/She should be fluent in English and believe in himself.

$ EXECUTIVE (ACCOUNTS)
A male commerce graduate having more than 3 years of experience as cashier in accounts department and should be well versed with computers.

$ FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE
A female candidate with dynamic, enthusiastic and pleasant personality having more than 3 years of experience in the relevant position can apply. She must be fluent in English communication and have sound knowledge of computers.
