WE’RE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THESE POSITIONS:
BUSINESS ANALYST LEAD (REF: BA)
Gathers business needs, translates them into effective requirement and functional specifications. 6+ years of experience in an onsite-offshore Business Analyst role.
TECHNICAL LEAD/ TECHNICAL ARCHITECT / DELIVERY MANAGER: WEB TECHNOLOGIES (REF: WEB) –
Skills: Java, J2EE, Struts, Servlets, WebSphere, ClearCase.
TECHNICAL ARCHITECT / DELIVERY MANAGER: BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (REF: BI) –
Skills: Business Objects XI, Informatica, Datastage TX, good PL/SQL skills.
Technical Leads need 6+ years of experience in relevant skills.
Delivery Managers need 11+ years of experience in relevant skills, minimum 2 years as Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
Technical Architect understands BU Technical/Architectural Strategies, influences solution design, leads solution architecture and design, assists in building a functional and sustainable technical design/architecture practice. Needs 11+ years of experience in relevant skills, minimum 2 years in technical design.
All positions require sound technical skills, high aptitude and a working knowledge of SDLC.

IT DELIVERY MANAGERS (JAVA & PEOPLESOFT) (REF – TTDM): Typically 12+ years of IT experience with 2-3 years of Project Management experience.
SOLUTION ARCHTTECHTS (REF-FTSA): Typically 12+ years of IT experience with 3 A years of experience in Architecture.
DATA ANALYTICS PROFESSIONALS (REF – ITDA): 7-15 years of IT experience with strong hands on experience in Advanced Statistical and Predictive Modelling.
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE LEADS (INFORMATICA) (REF – ITBI): Typically 7+ years of experience in Informatics.
PEOPLESOFT PROFESSIONALS (REF-FTPS): 4-15 years of IT experience in PeopleSoft (HRSM/Finance).
