GENERAL MANAGER – ACCREDITATION (MUMBAI)
Accreditation is key to scaling the Institutes practices and processes while continuing to maintain its uniqueness. We are looking for a General Manager- Accreditation whose role broadly involves overseeing the institute accreditation goals. It involves, planning, aligning and executing all activities and processes required for international and national accreditations. The position requires you to take initiative, nurture and lead associated persons and teams, work with internal and external experts. The position will require mature handling of various categories of stakeholders and working on tight timeframes.

Excellent communication skills and ability to use Informational technology effectively is a pre-requisite. Previous experience in leading or managing accreditation processes at management institutes, connect with the accreditation community would be valued.

Qualifications:
Doctorate/Post Graduate with 10-15years of sound experience in teaching/industry/research/quality assurance or a fellowship of an acclaimed institute.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO GROUP DIRECTOR
The position requires working closely with the Group Director and is of managerial level. The role involves interaction with various stakeholders (internal and external) and departments across the organization to meet the organizational goals, assess projects and information with result-orientation. Candidate’s profile is to ensure the smooth functioning of the office which includes taking care of communication to stakeholders, to prepare and coordinate for meetings; follow-up, monitor and evaluate strategies and MIS/ regular reports.

The position requires a person with high level of maturity, proactiveness, confidentiality and excellent proficiency in English (written and verbal). Ability to multi-task and excellent interpersonal skills is essential. Competency in MS-Office and effective usage of internet is mandatory. An academically bright Management Graduate in the age group 30-35 with 7-12 years of experience would be ideal. Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience of the candidate.

FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE
Applicant should be a Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. The executive has to attend incoming & outgoing calls with proper etiquettes and maintaining records for them. Has to respond to the telephonic calls and carry out the conversations politely and timely manner. Also needs to handle multiple telephone lines in timely manner and direct the calls to the concerned person. Differentiate the incoming calls and walk-ins and handle them appropriately. Greets and assists visitors and guests. The executive being the mirror of the organization, to behave in a very professional manner and always acquiring the professional ethics.

Developing and designing learning material that can facilitate insightful discussions is integral to business and management education. The ongoing changes in business and economic environment and over the Ia3t decade provide for a rich source of learning on India specifically and the global market.

The role involves undertaking specific initiatives to develop a rich source in cases and associated research material. Design and conduct development programs and build networks to facilitate faculty and researchers to develop cases. Collaboratively develop specific cases to be part of the teaching material that supports assimilation of the concepts discussed and cases that can be published at national and international forums. The role will also need to leverage student research and projects and other unconventional sources to develop cases as much as developing interesting formats of cases that blend the digital and analogue world.

The role needs to actively develop an ecosystem that infuses exposure & experiences & experiments by way of seminars, conferences, competitions, & exchange among others required for world class Case Development.

FULL-TIME FACULTY FOR PGDM – RURAL MANAGEMENT (EMERGING ECONOMIES)

WeSchool’s PGDM-Rural Management (Emerging Economies) program has stemmed from the need of the corporate sector for Managers/future leaders who have a deep understanding and premium knowledge about the rural sector of India in terms of the needs and aspirations, lifestyle, culture and beliefs of the people residing in the smaller towns and villages.A person, who is empathetic, has leadership qualities and has an innovative mindset to correctly identify the problems and then find innovative and practical solutions to the problems faced by the rural sector.

We are looking subject experts in rural finance & banking, commodity markets, rural marketing or IT services in the rural sector who can bring nut how these domains play out in the rural context The faculty will essentially focus on developing the student’s ability to leverage financial concepts/models, operations, consumer behavior, information technology to provide innovative and smart solutions in the rural sector.
