We are looking at passionate professionals to join our Media Processing Services team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate in English literature, Journalism or Mass Communication with strong proficiency in a regional language and talent for writing / reviewing content in English / Hindi. (Candidates with other educational qualifications are also welcome).
Current Jobs Vacancies at Prime Focus Technologies Private Limited PFT
Subtitling – Candidates must have good writing skills in English / Hindi. The job involves watching and listening Hindi / Bengali / English shows / movie content and translating / transcribing the dialogues in English. The scripting done should be accurate and an exact comprehension of the dialogues with error free spelling, grammar, vocabulary and formats.
Closed Captioning – Candidates must have knowledge of American English and accent, American slang and cultural references with excellent English language skills and eye for detail. Experience in closed captioning is preferred. Minimum typing speed of 20 wpm. The job involves transcribing and time-coding Hollywood movies and episodic content from English to English while ensuring accuracy in grammar, punctuation, spelling and adhering to client format / style specs.
Cataloging – Candidates must have good writing skills in English / Hindi. The job involves watching and listening Hindi / Bengali / Kannada / Malayalam / Tamil / English shows / movie content and writing short descriptions in English capturing keywords.
