  BE Civil /DCE with 7-10 years experience
  Job Description : Experience in High rise building construction, should be able to handle the site Independently.
• PROJECT ENGINEER
  BE Civil / DCE With 10 years of experience
  Job Description : Experience in handling interior finishing of High end project / hotels.
• SR. ENGINEER – QA/QC
  BE Civil /DCE with 5-8 years experience
  Job Description: Experience in Quality Control Department. Knowledge of IS codes & standards will be an added qualification.
• SR. ENGINEER – D & D
  BE Civil /DCE with 4-8 years experience
  Job Description : Should have experience in co-ordination with various consultants. Knowledge of Auto CAD is a must.

Chief Financial Officer ( CFO )

• Require seasoned and mature leader with 10 to 12 years of broad finance experience in real estate.
• Should be able to develop financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections, accounting services; preparing growth plans & analyzing organizational operations. Able to manage cash flow & co-ordinate all audit activities.
• Desired qualification : Chartered Accountant / ICWA / MBA Finance.

GM – Township

• Need dynamic and experienced person to drive end-to-end execution of township project, to ensure timely completion of the same, adhering to defined standards of cost & quality.
• Should be able to collaborate with legal & liasoning team, architects, engineers, and other building specialists for any unresolved problems and timely project progress.
• Work closely with the head officials to develop the project management framework ( project planning, resource allocation etc. ) of the township. Able to drive project implementation within the optimum turn-around time.

GM – Business Development

• Require experienced & qualified professional to identify, assess, screen and prioritize potential opportunities.
• Generate leads for business venture tie ups such as for IT SEZ, School, Hotel, Club, Hospital, Mall, Multiplex, Business Park, etc. Co-ordinate prospect activities and drive sales through International Property Consultants ( IPCs ) & other large commercial agents.
