GENERAL MANAGER/MANAGER (R&D)
at Faridabad (NCR): BE Mechanical. TRTC Graduate with 15-20 years of experience in new product development strategies, DFSS, FMEA, DFM, Project management, Plastic materials & its process like Injection Moulding & Extrusion and different type of moulds & dies.
QA MANAGER/ENGINEERS
at Faridabad (NCR) & Jaipur: Bsc/Msc/Mechanical engineer with 05-12 years of experience in calibration, 7QC tools, SPC, Six sigma, Knowledge of Validation and qualification of equipment, CAPA, Root cause analysis. (Preferably from Plastic & Engineering Industry).
QC MANAGER/ENGINEERS
at Faridabad (NCR) & Jaipur: Microbiology, GMP, Pharma background, with 05-12 years of experience in audits like WHO-GMP, ANVISA & USFDA. Knowledge of regulatory liaison and documentation for drug authority. Exposure to QMS, Six Sigma.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE ASST. MANAGER / MANAGER
at Faridabad (NCR) & Jaipur: BE / B.Tech (Industrial Engineering) with 8-12 years of experience in improvement tools (5’s, Kaizcn etc), Time & Motion study, line balancing. Lean management (waste elimination) etc.
OPERATIONS/MANUFACTURING MANAGER
at Jaipur: BE /B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical with 10-15 years of experience in monitoring of production vs. plan, meet regulatory requirement & customer expectation, reduce Lead time, ensure continuity of supply, improve quality & develop supply chain strategy & execution of SOP’s.
PLANT HEAD
at Jaipur: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical with 10-15 years of experience in Production planning & control, Manpower planning, reduce breakdown time & rejection rate, quality Improvement & Implementation of GMP & ISO.
PRODUCT SPECIALIST – MEDICAL DEVICES
at Faridabad (NCR): B.SC/B.Pharm with 4-6 years of experience in medical disposable, infusion therapy, cardio vascular devices, central venous. Anesthesia. Knowledge of DFSS, QFD preferably skills of transforming customer requirement into product requirement.
