We need the following professional for H.O (Agra) and Project Sites:-

Company Secretary (Code no.-cs 01)
CS having 10 years of experience with a listed Company, Should be able to carry out all secretarial works. Candidate having LL.B Degree as additional qualifications will be preferred.

Manager/Sr. Manager (HR & Admin.) (code no. -hr 02)
MBA (HR) more than 5 years Exp. in Infrastructure sector or in similar area, can handle all functions of HR like statutory compliances, payroll and salary Mgmt., Recruitment & Selection.

Manager (ERP) (codeNo.-ERP 03)
B.Tech/ B.E – IT/ MCA must have +5 years of experience in implementation & maintaining of ERP System (independently) in infrastructure industry.

D.G.M/G.M (Purchase) (Code No.-s&p 04)
Qualification: MBA (Marketing or in similar field) / Graduate with Diploma in Material Mgmt. will be preferred. Minimum 3 years
experience in similar capacity in infrastructure industry. Experience: 10-15 years Experience in Vendor development & Mgmt. Timely procurement, good negotiation skills.

Sr. Manager/A.G.M (Logistics) (Code no.- 05)
MBA in Similar field, having + 5 yrs. exp. in Infrastructure Industry, Can manage daily transport planning and distribution of Machinery in different locations, having knowledge in Insurance Claims and Settlements. Ability to work in a challenging environment.

D.G.M/G.M (Operation & Maintenance) (Code no. – O&m 06)
Graduate Engg./MBA should have 7-10 yrs. Exp. Able to manage Toll Collection and Highway Traffic Mgmt. System (HTMS) and responsible for operation and maintenance of BOT Toll Road Projects.

Highway a Structure Engr., Survey Engr., QA /Q.C Engr., Q.S, Planning / Billing Engr., (Code no. Engg. 07)
B.E (Civil) +3 yrs. / D.C.E. with + 5 yrs. Experience in construction of Highways, Structure & Bridge of four / six Lane and flyover Projects. Candidate must fully conversant in his respective area.

Manager/Sr. Manager/A.G.M (Accounts) (Code no. – acc 08)
M.Com/ CA (Inter) / CA should have +5 years experience in handling independently Project sites Accounts.

  1. C.F.O. (Chief Financial Officer)(Code No – CF0 01)
    CA with minimum 20 years experience, out of which at least 03 to 05 years as C.F.O with experience In Financial Accounting, Budgeting, Costing, Fund Management, Capital Raising. Auditing. Taxation. Regulatory Compliances, and Liaison & Administration. Exposure in handling IPO, amalgamation, acquisition & merger and familiarity with Company Laws is desirable. Additional qualifications of CS and exposure in Infrastructure are preferable.
  2. AGM/DGM/GM (Project Coordination)(Code No – PC 021)
    BE (Civil) with experience ranging from 10 to 20 years In executions of highway projects having good experience in monitoring of at least two BOT/EPC Four lanes Highway projects, having experience of coordination with client/consultant/local administration etc.
  3. PM / SPM / CPM (Code No – PM 03 )
    BE (Civil) + 15 years experience of project management and execution of highway projects with managing contractual aspects.
  4. DGM / GM (Railway) (Code No – RAIL 04)
    BE (civil) + 15 years experience In executions of Railways Projects.
  5. A.G.M. / D.G.M / G.M (Contract)(Code No – CON 05)
    B.E (Civil) with experience ranging from 10 to 20 years in handling contractual matters pertaining to Highway related work and fully conversed with FIDIC conditions and arbitrations. Also possess experience in preparation, processing and presentation of claims for adjudication.
  6. Manager/ Sr. Manager / A.G.M / D.G.M. /G.M. (Finance & Accounts) (Code No – F&A 06)
    Qualified CA with experience ranging from 06 to 20 Years in accounting, financial statements / Banking finance and planning and strategy in projects accounting. Good command in taxation and estimation of Balance Sheets is essential.
  7. Manager /AGM/DGM/GM (HR and Admin)(Code No – HR 07)
    Good academic record up to graduation and MBA (HR) or any other post graduation qualification under HR having more than 5 to 15 years experience in infrastructure or in similar area. Can handle regulatory compliances, recruitment / selection and other HR functions effectively.
  8. Manager/AGM/DGM/GM (purchase) (Code No – PUR 08)
    Graduate/ mechanic Engineers preferably with MBA marketing/ material management, having more than 5 to 15 years experience in vendor development management, timely procurement of construction materials, machineries and spares parts etc. 3 to 5 years working in similar capacity at HO level.
  9. Manager/AGM/DGM (Toll) (Code No – Toll 09)
    Graduate / MBA Should have 7-12 Yrs. Exp. Able to manage & monitoring Toll Operations/ Revenue Collection and Traffic Mgml. Syslem (HTMS).
  10. Manager /Sr. Manager/ AGM/DGM (IT) (Code- IT 10)
    MCA/BE(CS). Should have more than 5 to 10 yrs exp in lT and good exposure of SAP modules for operation and support
