HEAD – MARKETING & SALES, PAN INDIA OPERATIONS (CHENNAI) – PMKG-1
Responsible for Sales planning, budget, target achievement,/New Markets/Segments/Brand Building.
Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E/ MBA in Marketing
Exp: 15- 20 yrs in Domestic Sales/Marketing with ability to handle Pan India Sales.
Reporting to CEO.

CHIEF MANAGER – MARKETING & SALES, WEST (PUNE/MUMBAI) – PMKG-2
Responsible for Sales planning, budget, target achievement, customer relationship Mgt/New Markets/segments
Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E/ MBA in marketing
Exp: 10-15 yrs in Domestic Sales/ Marketing with market knowledge on Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan & Madhya Pradesh
Reporting to Head – Marketing.

MANAGER – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (CHENNAI) – PBD-3
Responsible for research/identification of new business opportunities, client relationship management, territory management, networking with existing clients, analyzing profit margin, extensive branding of the company
Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E/ MBA in marketing
Exp: 5 – 7 years in Business Development.
Reporting to Head – Marketing.

HEAD – OPERATIONS (CHENNAI) – PO4
Responsible for Planning Wind Power Projects with installation and Commissioning along with Logistics and Contractor Management and liaison with Government authorities for regulations with good knowledge on State policies and regulations
Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E with Exp of 15- 20 yrs
Should be proficient in English, Tamil and Hindi
Reporting to CEO.

MANAGERS – LAND PROCUREMENT (TAMIL NADU, KARNATAKA, MAHARASTRA AND GUJARAT) – PL-5
Responsible for sourcing/ Purchasing of land suitable for projects/ Legal Clearance/ Verification of documents/ Registration etc
Qualification: Any graduate, preferably with legal background
Exp: 10 -15 yrs.
Should be proficient in English, Tamil & Hindi. Knowledge of Gujarati, Marathi & Kannada will be advantageous

MANAGER – WIND RESOURCE (CHENNAI) – PW-6
Responsible for Site Identification, Feasibility Study, Technical due-diligence, Wind Mapping, Wind farm design and micro-siting Candidates should have relevant experience of wind resource analysis
Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E/ B.Sc (Atmospheric Science)
Exp: 6 to 8 yrs of experience
