Division Head – Operations (Ref M-01)
Candidate must be an Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical) with a PG in Operations / Materials Mgt. with 20 years experience. Extensive experience in procurement & SCM in EPC firms is a must. Should have handled Process & Design Engineering, Engineering Devp. Construction & Start-up activities during his career.

Department Head – Human Resources (Ref M-02) Candidate must be a Post Graduate in HRM, preferably an MBA. Should have handled entire gamut of HR activities. Must be very strong in Talent Acquisition and should have handled HR deployment at overseas locations. Candidates from EPC firms will be given preference.

Department Head – Administration (Ref M-03)
Candidate must a Post Graduate with sound experience in General Administration including Travel Management, Infrastructure and Facilities Management, Safety and Security, International Guest House Management etc. Ex-Service men with exposure in these areas will have an added advantage.

Department Head – Cost Engineering & Planning (Ref M-04)
Candidate must be an Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical) with experience in cost engineering & estimation, bidding & tender / proposal making, planning & cost control in EPC companies.

Department Head – Legal & Company Secretary (Ref M-05) Candidate must be a Company Secretary with Degree in Law with sound experience in matters related to company affairs & statutory compliances, dealing with & drafting of MOUs, JV Agreement, NDAs, Contracts, Guarantees, Indemnities, Power of Attorney and various other legal documents in EPC companies. Must be well versed with FIDIC requirements.
Project Managers

These positions will be based at Mumbai / Project sites in Africa. Key deliverables for the positions are engineering excellence, on time performance, meeting contractual requirements, zero cost overruns, zero accidents.

Candidates should have overall project execution experience with proficiency on Project Management Software such as MS Projects and working knowledge on SAP. A certification from PMI / IPMA is preferred. The Ideal candidates shall be as follows:

Candidates for the Department Head (CM/DGM/AGM) & Project Managers positions must have minimum experience of 15 yrs. and age of below 45 yrs. CTC offered will be between 12 – 18 Lacs p.a. but shall not be a constraint for the right candidate. They must possess a strong personality with excellent communication skills & leadership qualities.
