Orange City Water has been awarded the contract for rehabilitation, Operation & Maintenance of 24×7 Water Supply to Nagpur City for 25 years under Central Government ambitious “Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JnNURM)” Scheme. Orange City Water is responsible for Production, Operation and Maintenance of Nagpur water supply system. We are looking for following professional with sound technical background.

1 Deputy DirectorCustomer Services (Equivalent to Vice President) Job Code: OCW01 Any Master Degree with Professional Qualification in Customer Services 15 Years and above Exp. in a similar Capacity, Responsible for establishing the Customer Services, Strategies, Policies, Process and Targets. Control the performance of the Commercial Agencies and manage directly the central Services of Customer Service Department
– Establishes and ensures the implementation of the Customer Service Strategies, Policies, Process and Targets i – Measures and optimizes customers satisfaction through regular Customer Surveys.
– Promotes new offers to Customers; promotes new technologies and opportunities for improved service efficiencies.
– Optimizes performance of Call Centre, maintains high level of client contact; guarantees claims handling and management in time.
– Ensures optimization of on-site Meter Reading, Invoicing, Payments and Recovery of unpaid bills.
– Follows up contracts with outside contractors; guarantees good relationship with other departments.
– Manages and develops Customer Software, internally or in relation with outsourcing companies.
– Manages Customer Service Agencies; hires new staff when necessary.
– Fluency in Hindi. Marathi language shall be added advantage.
– Reporting to Director (Sr. Vice President)
2 Deputy Director O&M (Equivalent to Vice President) Job Code: OCW02 B.E. Civil/ Mechanical Preferably PG in Operation Management/ Finance 15 Years and above Exp. in a similar Capacity
Responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of the process and the equipments / facilities in accordance with the technical and regulatory contractual requirements. Also be in-charge of the Water Quality Control division.
– Manages and monitors all operational and maintenance activities and personnel.
– Defines, maintains and manages high standards of operation; initiates various programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency.
– Aligns revenues and Operational & Maintenance expenses with the budget; analyses and optimizes the operation costs.
– Ensures that environment, health & safety policies and procedures are implemented and applied in his/her activities.
– Assists in the renewal/refurbishment plan design. Supervises its execution.
– Reviews reports on Operation and Maintenance activities and initiates corrective actions relating to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages and operational incidents.
– Determines proper staffing and skill levels for the operation and maintenance.
– Validates Operating Working Instructions and Procedures; ensures their application.
– Fluency in Hindi. Marathi language shall be added advantage.

3 Deputy DirectorWorks & Capital Investment (Equivalent to Vice President) Job Code:OCW03 B.E.-Civil preferably PG In Construction Management 15 Years and above Exp. Preferably in a similar environment in Water Plans, directs, Coordinates, and budgets usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of network facilities. Participates in the scheduling and implementation until successful commissioning.
– Studies job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods; schedules the project in logical steps and budgets time required to meet deadlines.
– Ensure the direction and supervision of workers; determines labour requirements and dispatches workers to construction sites.
– Confers with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
– Prepares contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
– Investigates damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
– Prepares and submits budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
– Initiates requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects.
– Develops and implements quality control programs; inspects and reviews projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
– Fluency in Hindi. Marathi language shall be added advantage.

4 GM-HR Job Code:OCW04 MBA-HR/ Personnel Management .Good Command over Marathi and English 15-20 Years Exp. in similar Capacity Responsible for the human resources management function, including recruitment, organization development, compensation, employee relations, administration, and training. Ensures the coherence with national and local regulations, and company requirements
– Manages the human resources function, participates in the formulation of company human resource policies and procedures; prepares and issues related manuals, interprets policies
– Develops, supervises and executes all compensation and benefit programs and procedures, including wage administration and review.
– Coordinates with other function managers in planning and implementing human resources policies and procedures.
– Evaluates effectiveness and efficiency of human resource programs; directs employment activities,ensures that properly qualified employees are recruited and retained.
– Helps to prepare and control overall human resources budget.
– Maintains records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires,transfers, performance appraisals, and absentee details. Ensures the collection of training information.
– May conduct research on human resources programs and activities; advises management on human resource policies and practices, recommend changes.
– May interact with external consultants, government agencies and contractors.
5 Deputy Zone Manager (Equivalent to Dy.GM) (10 Positions) Job Code:OCW05 Hydraulic or Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management & network operation – Ensure that his team performs to a high standard and adds value.
– Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of the network so as to guarantee drinking-water distribution as per the contractual terms and in compliance with the legal obligations and the quality-system provisions while optimizing operating expenses.
– Fulfil the formalities with government agencies and ensure the works are cleaned so as to ready the network for the execution of works,
– Report relevant information, particularly in the event of non-conformity,
– Strive to ensure at all times that the operatives and sub-contractor teams work in compliance with the health and safety instructions.
– Fluency in Hindi, Marathi language shall be added advantage.
