1. Age:- Minimum age for admission will be 17 years (as on 31st December of that year). The upper age limit is 35 years. For ANM/For LHV, there is no age bar.
2. Essential Education Criteria:-
a) Student must have secured 50% marks in 10+2. A relaxation of 5% marks can be granted to the candidate’s belonging to Schedule Caste & Schedule Tribe categories.
b) List of the subjects to be considered for admission is given below. Any four subjects including English (three subjects + English) from the list given below are to be considered for admission. Student must have passed in all the subjects of 10+2 (five subjects as per C.B.S.E. policy).
c) Students from Science stream would be preferred.

4. ANM Training i.e. 10+1 1/2 years training should also have passed +2 or its equivalent examination.
5. Admission will be made on the basis of entrance test to be conducted by an independent out side agency.
