B.E./B.Tech-Civil with more than 20 yrs exp in planning, co-ordination & execution of townships, residential & commercial projects.

Project Manager:
B.E./B.Tech – Civil with more than 15 yrs exp in execution, co-ordination, construction of residential & commercial projects. Knowledge of MSP & Auto CAD is essential.

Manager – Q.A. / Q.C.:
B.E./BTech – Civil with more than 6 yrs experience in quality assurance & quality control. Knowledge of Is / BS code, quality documentation, mix design and material testing is essential.

Quantity Surveyor – Contracts:
B.E./B.Tech – Civil with more than 5 yrs experience in quantity surveying, estimation,6 BOQ, contract administration, contracts and business analysis.

Billing Engineer:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil with more than 3 yrs experience in site billing, RA bills, quantity surveying and estimation. Knowledge of Auto CAD is essential.

General Manager – Marketing:
P.G. in Marketing with more than 10 yrs exp in branding, brand positioning, brand strategy and market research with excellent communication.

General Manager – Channel Sales:
P.G./Graduate with more than 10 yrs exp in channel and institutional sales, brokers and vendor management with good communication skills and manage real estate sales through channel partners, brokers, agents, etc.

General Manager – International Sales:
P.G. in marketing with more than 10 yrs exp in overseas real estate sales, especially Middle East, UK & USA and should have good communication & negotiation skills.

Executive – Tele Sales:
Graduate with more than 2 yrs exp in tele sales. He/she should have good communication skills and a flair for selling residential & commercial projects.

Senior Architect – Liaisoning:
B.Arch/G.Arch with more than 10 yrs exp in architectural liaisoning with BMC/TMC for submission of drawing and ensuring timely approval for upcoming projects.

Architect – Design Co-ordination
(Location : Mumbai and Pune)
B.Arch with more than 5 yrs exp in design co-ordination and planning of residential, commercial and township projects.

Senior Exec/Exec – HR:
P.G./Grad – HR with 3 yrs exp for end-to-end recruitments and its operations.

Senior Manager – Legal:
LLB/LLM with more than 10 yrs exp in property, sales agreement, recovery suites and land related matters.

Chief Operations Officer-Township (Pune & Mumbai):

  • PG/Degree in Civil, MBA/IAS with more than 25 yrs of experience in execution of real estate projects and allied services with excellent project management capability.
  • Should have handled large projects.
  • Should have exposure to clearances, statutories, etc.
  • Exposure in client interface and understanding customer requirement in commercial, residential and business projects.
  • Should possess leadership and man management skills.
  • Exposure and experience of handling township projects – fast-paced, large value, multiple commercial and residential projects/business parks, malls, star category hotels, etc., would be preferred.

    Head – Security Administration and Liaisoning (Pune):

  • Retired Commissioner (IPS) with more than 20 yrs of hands-on experience in security control and to provide strong local leadership and keep the property safe and secured.
  • To operate as a catalyst for partnership work, encourage joint planning and to safeguard for smooth execution.
  • To administratively manage security administration, mob control, security systems (CCTV, security parade, first aid, fire system, etc.)
  • The incumbent should have hands-on experience in liaisoning with local government bodies like police, municipal corporation, forest and local leaders to improve outcome for properties and ensure that local resources are used effectively.
