Chief Operations Officer-Township (Pune & Mumbai):
- PG/Degree in Civil, MBA/IAS with more than 25 yrs of experience in execution of real estate projects and allied services with excellent project management capability.
- Should have handled large projects.
- Should have exposure to clearances, statutories, etc.
- Exposure in client interface and understanding customer requirement in commercial, residential and business projects.
- Should possess leadership and man management skills.
- Exposure and experience of handling township projects – fast-paced, large value, multiple commercial and residential projects/business parks, malls, star category hotels, etc., would be preferred.
Head – Security Administration and Liaisoning (Pune):
- Retired Commissioner (IPS) with more than 20 yrs of hands-on experience in security control and to provide strong local leadership and keep the property safe and secured.
- To operate as a catalyst for partnership work, encourage joint planning and to safeguard for smooth execution.
- To administratively manage security administration, mob control, security systems (CCTV, security parade, first aid, fire system, etc.)
- The incumbent should have hands-on experience in liaisoning with local government bodies like police, municipal corporation, forest and local leaders to improve outcome for properties and ensure that local resources are used effectively.

G.M. – Sales (02nos.): PG (Marketing) / Graduate with 8-10 yrs exp in real estate sales. He / She should have good communication, presentation and leadership skills; manage sales through various sales leads. Candidates from Real Estate, Insurance, Banking and FMCG industries will be preferred.
G.M. – CRM (O1nos.): PG (Marketing) / Graduate with 8 -10 yrs exp in CRM, Loyalty program, Customer incentive, tie-ups, Customer Service. He / She should have good conceptualization, communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates from Banking, Telecom, Real Estate and FMCG industries will be preferred.
G.M. – Strategy & Planning (O1nos.): PG (Marketing) / Graduate with 8-10 yrs exp in managing high sales turnover strategies. He / She should have good market research and analytical skills and develop sales strategies on the same; advice management on pricing policy on timely basis. G.M. – Database Management (O1nos.): PG / Graduate with 8-10 yrs exp in managing sales & customer database management.
