We are looking for experienced professionals for our Heavy Chemical plants Bhavnager and porbandar (Gujarat) Cement Plant at Jaitaran, Dist: Pali, Rajasthan desired qualification with 20+ years of experience out of which 3 years as HOD in large industries for the position of: Assistant General Manager & above.

UTILITY - MAINTENANCE / OPERATION
Incumbent should be B. E - Mechanical / Electrical with 1st class Boiler Proficiency Certificate having 20+ yrs of experience in Maintenance/ Operation and trouble shooting at Thermal Captive Power Plant. Having 5 yrs of experience as HOD of CFBC Boiler is must.

ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE
Incumbent should be B. E - Electrical. Should have in depth knowledge of Electrical sub station switch yard, HT & IT equipment etc. Candidate shall be responsible for predictive, preventive & break down maintenance of electrical equipment overall Planning & organizing the function, ensuring timely availability of machine& Spares.

STORES - GENERAL & ENGINEERING
Incumbent should be B. E. / Graduate with Diploma in Material Management having 15-20 yrs. of experience in Stores function of any reputed large Manufacturing organization. Experience of working with Cement/Heavy Chemical Industries would be added advantage, in depth knowledge of ERP is must.

SR. ENGINEER / DY. MANAGER / MANAGER
Maintenance / Project Incumbent should be B. E (Mechanical) having 5 To 12 Years relevant experience of Mechanical Maintenance and Project department in large Chemical / Fertilizer / Cement Plant.

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE Incumbent should be B. E - Mechanical having experience in predictive, preventive and break down maintenance of rotary, static material handling equipment used in Large Chemical & Cement Plant. Candidate shall be responsible for ensuring timely availability of machine & Spares.

INSTRUMENT MAINTENANCE
Incumbent should be B. Designation Position Job Requirement
Technical Services (Mechanical) NEA-63A Sr. Manager/ Manager Incumbent should have in-depth knowledge of inspections and should also be well conversant with engineering standards. He should have a good exposure on monitoring and maintenance of pumps, compressors, fans, safety valves, heat exchangers and piping etc.
Technical Services (Chemical) NEA-63B Engineer Incumbent should have in-depth knowledge in Operation of rotary equipments, Distillation Columns, Reactors, Utilities, etc. He should also have hands on experience in DCS operation preferably in Honeywell and Performance monitoring of process and equipments, Process calculations, Trouble shooting.
Production NEA-93 Sr. Technician / Technician Incumbent should have in-depth knowledge in Operation of rotary equipments, distillation columns, reactors, utilities etc. He should also have hands on experience in DCS operation, performance monitoring of process and equipments, process calculations and trouble shooting.
Electrical NEA-16 Sr. Technician / Technician Incumbent should be well conversant with preventive / predictive maintenance and troubleshooting of 132 KV switchyard, power and distribution transformers, SF6 / Vacuum Circuit breakers, HT/LT motors, VFD, UPS, MCC/PMCC and lighting etc.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT (NEA-105)
The Incumbent shall be Post Graduate and will be responsible for training and knowledge development strategies and programmes on on-going basis with a view to improve employees' skill and knowledge within the organisation. He shall also be responsible for induction program, identify training & knowledge development needs, develop requisite modules, training schedules, post training assessments, setting up systems for knowledge retention / transfer, review / create / update SOPs / job manuals. The incumbent must have proven track record of setting up and managing in-house training and knowledge management center.

EXPORT & IMPORT - LOGISTICS (NEA-69)
The Incumbent shall be Graduate with PGD in International Trade and will be responsible for logistic, regulatory compliances, freight negotiations, co-ordination with marketing / procurement department for scheduling of vessels, decide internal policies / procedures for taking benefit under various government schemes and regulatory compliances. He will set up and supervise provisions internal processes for maintenance of relevant registers, claiming exemptions, rebates and refunds. He should be well conversant with incoterms, High Sea Sales/Purchase, charter Party Agreements, Imports under EPCG, Advance license, etc. Exposure in large manufacturing company will be added advantage.

COMMERCIAL TAX (NEA-54)
The Incumbent shall be a Chartered Accountant and will be responsible for group companies overall commercial tax function (Excise, Custom, Service Tax and Sales Tax) and will be responsible for compliances, transaction planning, execution, reporting, etc. He shall liaise with the statutory authorities and shall coordinate with the external consultants for various litigation matters. He shall plan and execute effective response to demands, disputes & issues raised by various indirect tax authorities and represent the company in various assessments, audits, inspections, etc. A degree in Law would be an added advantage.

FINANCE (NEA-20)
The Incumbent shall be a Chartered Accountant and will be responsible for resource mobilization, cash flow management, banking operations, international financing, financial reporting system and segment reporting for multi-locational and multi-product. He should be well versed with capital and money markets, regulatory regime in banking corporate restructuring. The position requires high level of analytical as well as communication capabilities. Exposure in large manufacturing company will be added advantage.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (NEA-26)
The incumbent shall be Bachelor / Master in computer Science and will be responsible for IT infrastructure and applications across the organization. He would identify automation opportunities, evaluate most suitable technology platform and drive application programming, quality controls and implementation in line with short term and long term IT objectives. He should also be well versed with developing and best practices for architecture, security and disaster recovery having exposure of multi-office environment / large corporate will be added advantage.

DIRECT TAX (NEA-104)
The Incumbent shall be a Chartered Accountant and will be responsible to ensure overall tax compliance, filings, assessments, submissions and appearances. The Incumbent shall also advise on Direct Tax matters including tax planning strategies, transfer pricing, benefits under DTAA, transaction structuring, etc. He shall liaise with the statutory authorities and shall coordinate with the external consultants for various litigation matters. He shall monitor the changes in Direct Taxes and the implications on the business. A degree in Law would be an added advantage.

MANAGEMENT AUDIT
(NEA-5) The Incumbent shall be a Chartered / Cost Accountants and will be responsible for Costing, MIS and Internal Audit, analyzing financial data. He shall be responsible for overall cost records and cost accounting. He will also be responsible for review of systems to strengthen internal controls, revising SOPs in line with business changes, deciding appropriate sampling techniques for audit procedures, setting up of system audits, ensuring regular update of job manuals and strengthening system driven costing systems. Exposure in large manufacturing company will be added advantage.

LEGAL (NEA-321
Trie incumbent shall be Law Graduates and will be responsible for providing legal advice on a wide range of employment, labor and business matters. He should have experience of handling various types of litigations especially in the field of labour and employment matters, civil/criminal matters, revenue / land litigations and Commercial Laws. He should have prior experience of working with Consultants, Solicitors and Advocates. He should also be well conversant with various types of documentations including land / revenue related.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (NEA-507)
The Incumbent shall be B.E. with MBA from reputed institutes and will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and driving opportunities of growth, cost optimization and process re-engineering. He will closely interact with different plants heads and determine opportunities for process automation / truncation, energy saving options, root cause analysis for mechanical failures, cost reduction in plant maintenance and work as team member for ongoing projects. He should have prior experience of managing multiproductand multi-location facilities in chemical, consumer or cement sector as techno-commercial head or second in command. B.E. in industrial Engineering will be added advantage.

COMPANY SECRETARY (NEA-56)
The incumbent shall be a Company Secretary and will be responsible for group companies secretarial functions, monitoring changes in the business legislative and regulatory environment, providing advice to senior management on administrative, compliance and corporate governance matters, updating and maintaining all licences and Companies House records, reporting in a timely & accurate manner on company procedures & developments, Liaisoning with external regulators, auditors and statutory authorities. He should also be well conversant with the Corporate Compliance Management, he is expected to be well versed with the allied acts including FEMA, RBI etc. and have excellent drafting skills.

ACCOUNTS (NEA-3)
The Incumbent shall be Chartered Accountant and will be responsible for overall accounting functions, including preparation, finalization and consolidation of financial accounts. He shall be well versed with subsidiary consolidation, latest accounting standards, financial reporting system and segment reporting for multi-location and multi product corporate. The position requires high level of analytical as well as managerial capabilities, good communication, planning.
