Vacancies in Communication & Public Outreach Unit
Head – Communication & Public Outreach : Job Code 101 : Graduate with PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication or equivalent with at least 15 years relevant experience in managing multi-disciplinary communication projects, Public Relations, Media Management, Corporate Communications and Event Management.
Senior Communication Specialist : Job Code 102 : Graduate with PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication or equivalent and with at least 10 years relevant experience in leading, planning and executing communication campaigns and events.

Environment Specialist ( Ganga ) : Job Code 109 : Graduate / Master’s degree In Environmental Engineering / Environmental Management / Ecology or equivalent, preferably with specialization in conservation biology with 8 years of experience in woking on relevant statistical tools like analysis of variance, multi variate analysis and biological indicies.
Water Systems Specialist : Job Code 110 : Graduate / Master’s degree in Environmental / Water Resource / Public Health Engineering / Environmental Sciences (preferably river environment) or Equivalent with 8 years of experience in modeling and analysis in water resources and water quality, experience in using both public-domain and proprietary water balance and water systems / basin modeling software.
Assistant GIS Specialist : Job Code 111 : Graduate / Master’s degree in GIS / Computer Science or equrvalent with 4 years of experience in GlS and spatial analysis.

Experience in planning and design of sewerage network, STP and allied structures is a must.
Senior Environment Planner : Job Code 117 : Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering / Public Health Engineering or equivalent degree with at least 10 years of experience in planning and management of large infrastructure projects, preferably in water sector.
Senior River Front Management Specialist : Job Code 118 : Master’s degree in Urban Planning or equivalent with 10 years of professional work experience in Conservation and Urban Planning, preferably in River Front Management
Senior Civil Engineer – Construction : Job Code 119 : BE / B.Tech in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent ( preferably Post Graduate ) with 10 years of experience in Construction Management projects preferably in Waste water / Soild Waste / River Front Development / industrial pollution sectors. Knowledge of national and international bidding and tender processes and other rules and byelaws related to civil construction is a must.
