Profile:

• Implement & further develop university’s internationalization strategy
• Deal with foreign universities & finalize MOUs
• Promote University programs and students in foreign markets
• Participate in international exhibitions & fairs
• Manage student & faculty exchange programs

Essentials:

• Master’s degree in Management/Engineering
• Min. 15 years of experience in leading academic institution & involvement in internationalization initiatives
• Well versed with International education market and laws
• Linguistic fluency in a foreign language like Spanish, French or Mandarin will be an added advantage

DEAN–RESEARCH

Profile:

• A leadership position at University level whose role is to act as a catalyst in research promotion and development of publication culture

Essentials:

• Ph.D. in Management or in any other discipline relevant to the University
• Min. 15 years of experience in an academic institution of repute and must be research active for at least 5 years
  (Preference will be given to those who have a Post Doctoral experience)
• Research & Publication track record will be one of the important factors in the selection

ASSOCIATE DEAN – TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT

Profile:

• Lead the unique & innovative integrated program (MBA-Technology Management)
• Quality improvement
• Placement and industry collaboration

Essentials:

• Ph.D in Technology/Management related areas from reputed university/institute with 10 to 12 years of teaching/ research experience or a Master’s degree with minimum 15 years of teaching experience
• Research & Publication track record will be one of the important factors in the selection

COORDINATOR – INTERNATIONAL LINKAGES

Profile:

• Coordinate activities of university’s international office

Essentials:

• Master’s degree in Management (IIT/NIT/IIM graduates will be preferred)
• 5-7 years of experience in public relations/ marketing/student services
• Counseling experience at global agencies for study abroad will be an added advantage
