Career Development Center (CDC):

The Department requires following young & dynamic professionals

1. Manager, CDC
   An ambitious, inspirational, transformational person who can build and maintain successful relationships with industry, businesses, non- profit organizations, and premier academic and research institutions for internship and placement.
   An individual who can train women for professional positions and rewarding careers.
   Should have skills to prepare high level presentations, communicate professionally, motivate students, and open the doors to avenues of bright career.
   The role demands frequent travelling including visits to
   various companies
   Qualification: MBA or equivalent
   Experience: At least five years’ relevant experience
   Age: 30 to 40 years
2. Assistant Manager, CDC (Preferably female)
   A smart, self – motivated person with pleasing/charming personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills and office organizational abilities.
   Capable of organizing students’ training activities in personality development, soft skills, communications and placement related activities, experience in organizing sponsored events and activities, visit by stakeholders, ability to inspire, motivate and persuade students for high level career achievements.
   Qualification: Graduate / MBA
   Age: 25 to 35 years

Primary Responsibility: to conduct high quality research, including literature search, data/information analysis, and development of theories, hypotheses and conclusions and to write articles for archival and non-archival publications in the areas of human values and educational pedagogy

Other Responsibilities: to assist in higher level of communications with external and internal communities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Ph.D. in English, Philosophy, Education, or a related field,
• A minimum of five years of experience in analysis and research in liberal arts, humanities, or education
