MITSUBISHI POWER SYSTEMS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
Mitsubishi Power Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of MHI, Japan has its Global Engineering Center at Bangalore, India to support the Combined Cycle and Conventional Power Projects & Desalination Projects of MITSUBISHI worldwide To engineer and execute the Conventional Power Plant & Desalination Projects especially in the Middle East & the neighboring countries, we urgently require the engineering professionals in the following disciplines.

PLANT ENGINEER-LEAD (Code-PE-01)
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8-20 years design experience in conventional power and Desalination projects.
* Preparation of Technical Specifications, Evaluation of Bids, Vendor Drawing review for conventional power ptant equipments systems like BTG package, Pumps, Compressors etc. Preparation of P&ID, Heat & Mass Balance Diagrams
* Exposure to ASME codes & standards.
* Managing a team of engineers in home office, Interactions with Client for Technical issues, with Design Teams for Technical Interfaces and co-ordination with site during erection & commissioning stages.
* Knowledge on PDS-PID is an added advantage.

SCHEDULE CONTROLLER (Code-SC-01)
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5-10 years experience in projects scheduling and monitoring for cenventional power and Desalination projects.
* Develop and maintain project schedule for large concentional power & Desalination plants
* Work closely with different sections and monitor the progress.
* Analysing the schedule for potential problems & delays etc.
* Periodic updation of schedules and communicate to all sections.
* Experience in using project management tools like Primavera etc.
* Close communication with site and understand the issues related to schedules

PLANT LAYOUT & PIPING ENGINEER-LEAD (Code-PPE-01)
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10-20 years experience in plant layout & piping engineering for conventional power and Desalination projects.
* Experience in PDS, SP3D & 2D drafting tools are preferred.
* Experience in performing Stress Analysis calculation using CAESAR/Autopipe.
* Knowledge of International Standards like ASME/ASTWBS are must.
* Experience in piping support design and detail engineering etc.
* Experience in Preparation of Technical Specifications. Evaluation of Bids etc. Vendor Drawings review, approval and management till the complete execution of the project for piping related items.
* Capability to lead a team of engineers, co-ordinate with Client for approval, Site support during the project execution etc.

PLANT LAYOUT & PIPING ENGINEER (Code-PPE-02)
Qualification & Experience:
Bacchelors/Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5-10 years experience in plant layout & piping engineering for conventional power and Desalnation projects.
* Experience in PDS, SP3D & 2D drafting tools are preferred.
* Review of fabrication isometrics / shop drawings etc, isometric revision control and site support during erection stage.
* Material control, DCN/FCN follow-up at site.
* Piping prefabrication control & expediting including coordination with 3rd party inspector and coordination with site etc
* Vendor folow-up, vendor drawing check & approval etc for piping related bought out items.

INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL ENGINEER (Code-ICE-01)
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering with 2-5 years of experience in conventional power and Desalination projects.
* Knowledge in preparation of Instruments Specification, review of vendor documents, evaluation of offers
* Knowledge of various Instrumentation Intemational Standards.
* Knowledge of DCS & PLC, preparation of 10 list / Instrument
list logic diagrams etc.

BALANCE OF PLANT ENGINEER-LEAD (Code-BOPE-O1)
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with 8-20 years of experience in conventional power and Desalination projects.
* Preparation of technical specifications and techno-commercial evaluation of Bids.Vendor drawing review, vendor expediting, field engineering support till the project completion for

  • Fans, Pumps, Compressors, Dryers, Air receivers, Cranes, EDG, Wet/Dry Cooling towers, Deaeretor. Ash handing system, Water treatment & Waste water treatment system, Auxiliary Boilers. HVAC and Plant Fire fighting systems.
    * Experience on Desalination plants – Concept to Commissioning.
    * Gas/Electro Chlorination, Intake Screen System, Steam and water sampling, Main cycle & Circulating water chemical injection, Side Stream Filter, Hydrogen System, Condenser Tube cleaning System.
    * Interactions with Client for Technical issues, with Design Teams for Technical Interfaces and co-
    ordination with site during erection & commissioning stages.
    * Knowledge of ASME sec VIII, EN,TEMA, HEI, HTRI, AWWA, etc.
Desirable for the above Positions:
Exposure to International Projects, Experience in EPC Companies, Teamwork & good communication skills are mandatory requirements. PIPING PREFEBRICATION – PRODUCTION CONTROL MANAGER

Qualification & Experience:
B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from reputed college/University. About 15 years of experience in Production of Prefabricated Piping and capable or managing production team. Shall be conversant with international piping codes & standards like ASME, API etc. ASNTLVL-II is must. Site experience will be an added advantage. The candidate shall be stationed at Vendor prefabrication workshop permanently (near Delhi) to carryout following activities. Shall take the lead role to manage the complete piping prefabricate activity, monitoring the quality of piping prefabrication for Carbon steel, Alloy steel and Stainless steel materials for overseas power project (From Raw material receipt to Dispatch). Checking and monitoring production schedules. Guiding the vendors in meeting MHI & end user quality requirement. Verify and sign off QC reports. Expediting production to meet the delivery schedules. Shall visit overseas project site as and when required to solve site issues related to site fabrication and erection. The candidate is preferably from Delhi and surrounding regions. However the suitable candidate from other parts of India shall also apply for this position if there is no concern to relocate to Delhi.
