Business Development Manager (Mineral Processing)
Mineral Technologies, a world leader in fine mineral processing solutions and part of Downer (an ASX listed company), is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the East India region.
Reporting directly to the President-South Asia, you will be based in Kolkata and have responsibility for the East India region providing technical advice to clients, responding to queries and delivering project requirements.
ABOUT YOU
- First Class Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferable) or in Mineral Processing / Chemical / Metallurgical/Mining Engineering from a reputable Institution.
- Master’s Degree in Management or Engineering (preferred but not essential).
- 10-20 years of Industry Experience.
- Sound knowledge of Crushing/Grinding, Materials Handling, Physical Separation including Gravity, Magnetic, Electrostatic and Hydro-Metallurgy.
- A self-motivated person with strong leadership qualities, high level of integrity and willing to work from home-office in Kolkata and other regional offices as required.
- Strong, proven negotiation skills and good understanding of legal and contractual matters within the business environment.
- Willing to travel across all regions in India and other parts of South Asia.
Extensive demonstrated experience in Mineral Processing including Mineral Sands, Iron Ore Beneficiation, Coal etc. in Consulting Engineering, OEM or Operations.
