MANAGER QA/QC
To effectively manage all activities of Quality Control and Assurance Department. Candidate should be High First Class Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from reputed Institute, with minimum 10 – 12 years experience in any reputed engineering industry (Valves or Pumps) in all areas of QA/QC – including handling customer inspections, product audit, supplier audit etc. Exposure to metrology, welding, heat treatment procedures desired.
SR. ENGINEER / ASST. MANAGER – PRODUCTION (ASSEMBLY/MACHINE SHOP)
The candidate should be well versed with manufacturing process, CNC lathes, machining center and assembly of Industrial Product. Should be conversant with usage of gauges, measuring instruments and familiar with latest automation of assembly lines, tools, quality systems and standards for continuous improvement. Man management skill is essential
The candidate should be B.Tech. (Mech.) with minimum 6-8 years in any reputed manufacturing / engineering industry.
EXECUTIVE – HR
Candidates with High First Class Graduate with MBA in HR/ HRM (Full Time) from reputed institute with minimum 2-3 years of experience in a reputed Manufacturing / Engineering Industry.
Candidate will be responsible for effectively managing and bringing improvements in HR systems and processes. Knowledge of Labour law will be desirable.
ITI – WELDER
Candidates having ITI (Welder Trade) working in a reputed Engineering Industry with 5-8 years experience in TIG, MIG, ARC, submerged ARC and pipe welding. IBR Qualification desirable

Required candidate with Minimum 5 years experience in inspection of castings, patterns, machined components etc. Hands on experience in inspection of components, preferably in valve / pump industry, verification of material TC with respect to International standards, interpretation of RT films, Conducting UT/ MPT/ DPT, inspection of precision machined components etc essential. He should be first class Diploma in Mechanical Engg. from reputed institute with level II Qualification in NDT technique (RT/ UT/ DPT/MPT)
