Mideast Integrated Steels Ltd., an Indo-British-Chinese Joint venture promoted by Mesco Steel, Sino Steel Corporation of China and M/s. STEMCOR Group of United Kingdom has set up a 3 million ton Steel Plant at Jajpur, Odisha.
MESCO STEEL required following personnel.
JOB POSTING FOR JAJPUR PLANT Operation
1. GM(BF) : BE(metallurgy) with 20 yr experience in BF Complex. (BF,GCP,SGP,LRS,PCM)openition and pretty good grip over respective equipment (elect/Mech) diagnosis mud gun, drilling machine, C/H cranes, SGP Cranes, BF charging system, Stove valves, PCM Mould, PCM Crane, experience of capital repairs.
2. Sr. Mngr (BF-Operation): BE (Metallurgy) with 10-15 yr experience, profound knowledge of burdening , blowing out/ blowing down, banking, cast house practice, ladle management ,and PCM operation.
3. Manager (BF-Operation): BE (Metallurgy ) with 10 yr experience with similar requirement of Sr. No-2Ramarks : for BF1&BF2 G shift (4 executives are required).
4. AGM/DGM(CPP) : BE(Mech ) with 10-15 yr experience, should have comprehensive experience in STB( Steam Turbo- Blower of BF). STG/TG -Turbo Generator, condition monitoring of high speed machines. Boiler inspection and repair liasioning capacity wfth Govt F&B directorate.
5. DGM/AGM-HR : 10-15 years of experience extensively in HR Domain in manufacturing setup, Full time Postgraduate Degree in PM&IR with LLB will be preferred.
6. Maintenance Head of Plant: (15-20 yr) experience (critical) DGM/ GM – BE(mech) should have thorough knowledge of critical equipments of BF, CPP, Compressor, Cranes .
7. Manager (Safety) : (15-20 yr experience of BE(Mech) and degree or Diploma in industrial safety recognise by Govt of Odisha who had basically in plant maint. And later period should have worked as safety head of integrated steel plants should have thorough knowledge of plant process and safety hazardh in mechanical, electrical & chemical area.
8. Energy Maint. Department ( Expert) / Head : 15 /20 yr experience of dealing with gas safety and safe gas line charging / banking /purging and expert in gas line welding.
9. Liasioning Officer : Minimum Graduate and thorough experience in all sorts of liasioning with Mines (DDM), F&B directors, Collector/ Dy. Collector, DLO/ALO and Railways.
10. Boiler Attendant: 1st Class Boiler Attendant with the suitable knowledge of WHRC, ITI (Mechanical/ Electrical) with minimum 10 years of experience
11. Junior Manager/Asst. Engineer : B.E. (Mechanical) with 3-5 years of experience In mechanic al maintenance of CPP are like Turbine,Boiler, Cooling tower etc.
12. Asst. Engineer: PCM : B.E. (Mechanical) with 1-2 years of experience in handling of hot metal, men-power, & related mech, maint. Equipments.
13. Asst. Manager– Operation : B.E {Metallurgy) with min. 3-5 yr experience in exclusively in Blast Furnace

PROJECT ENGINEER
1. Civil; B.E. (Civil) with 5-10 years of experience in planning, costing, report writing and execution of project
2. Electrical: B.E. (Electrical) with 5-10 years of experience in planning, costing, report writing and execution of project.
3. Material Handling : B.E. (Mechanical) with 5-10 years of experience in planning, costing, report writing and execution of project.
4. Structural : B.E. (Civil) with 5-10 years of experience in planning, costing, report writing and execution of project.

JOB POSTING FOR BARBIL MINES
1. Asst. Manager : 2nd Class Mining Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in Iron ore mines will be preferred.
2. Accounts Executive (2 Nos.): Post Graduate (M.Com) with 4-5 years of experience in similar position, should have good knowledge in accounting Procedure and finalizations of accounts.
3. Geologist: Certified Geologist with 2-3 years of experience in iron ore mines will be preferred.

GM (Commercial) Vacancy 1 : B.E with 16-18 years of relevant experience in managing all facets of Material Management like Procurement of Spares, Consumables .major and minor raw materials required for an Integrated Steel Plant, Inventory Management, Management of stores etc. He must have good negotiation skills and shall be fully conversant with Import and Export Procedures and also thorough in statutory requirement. Advisor/Consultant (Energy Management & GCP) Vacancy 1 : Retired person with thorough knowledge and experience of managing the steel plant gases (BF Gas, LD Gas etc) and in operation and maintenance of Gas Cleaning Plant. He will also be required to train the existing EMD/GCP personnel. Must be thorough in Gas Safety. (Initial contract for 2 years).

Manager (CPP – Mechanical) Vacancy 1: BE (Mechanical) with 9 years of Power Plant experience in Mechanical Maintenance of Boilers, Turbines, Blowers and Auxiliaries.

Manager (Training & Development) Vacancy 1 : Graduated from reputed Institute/ University having 9 years experience in Training and development in an Integrated Steel plant. Manager (IR) Vacancy 1: Graduate from reputed Institute having 9 years experience in handling IR situations in Mines, capable of ensuring conducive and harmonious work place environment, shall be thorough in Labor Laws, Industrial Disputes Act, Negotiation Skill etc.

Manager (CSR) Vacancy 1 : Graduate with specialization in CSR having 9 years of relevant experience of handling CSR function of both Plant and Mines. Dy. Manager (Safety & Environment) Vacancy 1 : BE with 6 years of experience of working in Safety and Environment Development of an Integrated Steel Plant.
Officer (Sales Tax) Vacancy 1 : B.Com/M.Com/ICWAI/CA/lnter) having 4-5 years experience in entire day to day working in F&A (Taxation) & sale tax in a steel manufacturing set up.

Officer (Excise & Service Tax) Vacancy 1: B.Com/M.Com/ICWAI/CA(lnter) having 4-5 years experience in entire day to day working of F&A in service tax & central excise in a steel manufacturing set up.

Officer (Security) Vacancy 2; Graduate with 4-5 years experience in industrial security. The retired Army/CISF/CPMF personnel with industrial security experience will be given preference but the age not exceeding 45 years as on 01.01.2013.
